Really cute and homey.

I asked by message multiple times for a late check out as I work night shift and wanted to sleep in but no one ever responded. I eventually called and they said late check out was no problem and they put me down for a 1pm check out. Then at 11:20 housekeeping was banging at my door, I woke up and told them I was booked for a late check out. Then 20 minutes later, right after I fell back asleep, someone else came banging on the door to confirm I wanted a late check out. So frustrating and defeated the whole purpose of staying late.

There wasn’t breakfast in this inn however there was a nice kitchen stocked with items for making breakfast.

The two rooms that face the front of the house needs double glazed windows. There is a lot of noise from the busy road the inn is located on. There is a basketball/ skateboard court directly across the street. Inconsiderate people congregate there late at night playing music from their vehicles with noisy exhaust pipes!! On Friday night we didn’t sleep at all! Saturday was better.

Beautiful, spacious home. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Park is right across the street, easy parking, kitchen and dining room are big and well equipped. The whole house felt really cosy and we really liked the stay.

We booked really spontanious and did not get the checkin instructions on time. Reaching the host was a bit difficult, but it was solved within 15 minutes. The rooms were quite cold, so we turned off the ac in the hallway. The street was quite loud and one window blind was missing.

The park being across the street was fantastic, the lovely room and the quiet of the other guests and the ease of the whole process of checking in and leaving. Also the access to the fridge and such yummy apples and snacks! I enjoyed lazing around reading on one of the couches.

The house was lovely in a beautiful location. Instructions for entry were clear and immediate. The self-serve breakfast was great! Fresh bagels, eggs, coffee, juice and a wide range of choices of cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Very comfy bed and pillows!

My room did not have a bathmat or soap. When I asked these to to provided I received no response. The rooms are also cold. A few rugs on the floor would warm things up a bit. Finally, I did not know how to make the TV work and there were no instructions.

The atmosphere was bnb and chill. Never was bothered was quiet and in a very close location too everything you need in albany.

It was cold as heck. Older house that you can't control your room temp. Had to go get thermals for the second night.

I loved my stay. It was my first time in Albany so did not have any expectations upon arrival. The location is right across from the park which is lovely and a 5-10 min walk to Lark street and other restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the size of the rooms are great. There is a help-yourself kitchen that has some good basic breakfast items. There is wifi and areas for which you can relax in. One thing important for me is the safety of my individual room. Here there is a chain lock inside as well as the front entrance being guarded by a code lock and your bedroom as well having the code lock. I would definitely come again.

The room was slightly too cold, and the thermostat is located in the halls which meant that changing the temperature of my room impacted the rest of the place. Therefore when others changed the hall to a cooler temperature, my room was freezing! But temperature is just personal preference and I had not brought any warm/long sleeved pjs with me!

Our room was very comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed.

It was advertised that there were breakfast items like muffins and coffee. However, they were somewhat stale and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned.

Very hospitable with the accommodations. Breakfast was excellent, like you're at home but you didn't have to do the shopping. Plus we arrived with electric bikes and they had a secure place we could park them. We are headed back in a week and when we return to Albany, we will definitely stay there again

Clear instructions from the hotel. Room met our expectations. Refreshments available 24/7, which was great with our schedule. Coffee!

Window blinds were not blackout and let in a lot of light at night and in the morning.
