Staff was great when we arrived, during breakfast, and when checking out. We felt we had great privacy- couldn't hear much of others around us. Room was clean and comfortable, and very large for a great price.

People had taken all the luggage carts and left them in their rooms, leaving us to make several trips to the third floor with all our luggage and 3 special needs children. Staff was great and searched all 3 floors for luggage cart, unable to find one but the effort was appreciated. Also not the employees fault people didn't return them.

The staff made this experience absolutely amazing! Samantha and William in particular went out of their way to help sort my issues with ordering online as a tourist from the UK. They recommended places to grab dinner as there's no resturant on site and we're the nicest hospitality staff i have ever encountered- P.s I travel a lot and stayed in 3 different hotels this NY trip and no one came even close!

Excellent location on our way to the Niagara Falls after an event in Berskhires. The room was very well renovated and sparkling clean with all the amenities that one would need. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and solution oriented, despite our later arrival. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying with enough different items to cater to different needs.

We liked the room, the lighting, the cleanliness. It had everything we needed. The style was attractive. We especially liked the lady who cleaned our room. So friendly and attentive.

The breakfast choices were terrible. We ended up going down the street for breakfast each day. The food did not taste good and even the cold cereals were too sugary. A flavor like Cheerios would have been a better decision. The type of milk was not satisfying. There were not enough tv channels that were worth watching. That was disappointing at the end of the day.

My family really enjoyed the breakfast, a lot of the hotels we normally go to say that have great breakfast and it turns out to be a bagel and yogurt. So this was a treat for us. I know it may be funny to some people but having the selection they have while also having young kids was great!

The beds could be a like softer instead of feeling like a brick but overall not bad.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the city of Albany during daytime and nighttime! the parking was easy. The breakfast options were good as a vegetarian, I could choose to eat oatmeal and the white egg omelet with vegetables, yogurt. For coffee, I appreciated the Almond milk for it. Even the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The renovation makes the decoration look up to date. Nice.

The bed that we slept in was good for me but not for my husband, it was making him roll out of place as if someone so heavy slept in it before and caused a "dent" on the bed.

Great room, very clean. Friendly reception staff. Almost all good. Beautiful view on Albany. Close to all types of restaurants. Holiday Inn becomes my favorite chain for my American road trips.

Had compassion with the lady in charge of breakfast. What is wrong in this country? This lady should enjoy her live, retirement and grandchildren. She tried to do her utmost best, but it's not acceptable to see this in a 'developed' country.

Location-being able to see the South Mall out our window was nice.

Underneath both beds had not been cleaned-gross!! Laundry facility needs to be complimentary. $2.50 per wash and dry is a bit ridiculous.

Super clean, convenient, comfortable, well-located, pleasant , just perfect. I stayed here to take my bar exam and it couldn’t have been better.

Just a suggestion- some tissues/papar napkins in the restroom would be good.

Loved the breakfast options. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The ONLY ice machine is on the first floor. I didn't know that each floor didn't have one. I literally walked each floor to find it. My room was on the 3rd floor ( which I LOVED.
