I travel to Albany at least twice a month - finding a clean /comfortable/affordable hotel in this area has been a struggle- some hotels in the Albany area are absolute trash- a lot of them are dumpy & have not been updated in years -are filthy & have the nerve to be expensive- I was very impressed w The Fairfield Inn - the price was great- it was very clean & updated -staff was kind-I will definitely stay here again

Honestly-my entire stay was pleasant I had to leave early so unfortunately I missed the breakfast - Hope to experience breakfast on my next trip

The front desk clerk was friendly, gave a brief of the amenities, dining and snacks. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. Our room was perfect. The quiet location and trees outside our window made for a nice, quiet stay

They have a really good breakfast, and the staff is great. It feels very safe and it is close to everything.

The only downside side at all was the room smelled a little musty. It was raining the entire time I was there, so it was just pretty wet outside and humid. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The body wash and shampoo were amazing. Free breakfast with a bunch of choices was great.

The room smelled of cleaning products when we first checked in. But it was fine after.

Excellent location. We were taking the Cruise Express with Yankee Trails and it was 5 minutes up the road. The two restaurants and bank within walking distance was super convenient

Needs to put luggage racks back in the rooms! I don’t know why these are no longer in use, but it makes a big difference in my comfort!

Bed was amazing

Staff asked us to stay quiet as it was a complaint. No music, tv, or voices were on as I was in the shower n my guest in the bed.

Breakfast was good. Needed to a bit hotter.

Signage was behind a lot of trees. It was hard to locate the hotel at night. Driveway in was confusing to us and our onboard navigation.

I love how clean and nice the hotel always is. The staff is so kind. The breakfast was plenty and loved this incentive. I liked that I was able to book the day of.

I just wish the price was more approachable; for more stay durations being longer than only a couple days. The price is a bit steep for a longer stay.

Employees were amazing and very helpful. Hotel was clean and nice free breakfast to start the day. Let us check in early during a very busy weekend.
