Location was perfect for our requirements; within easy walk to State Capitol and City Hall buildings. Easy to reach by car off of I-787 and I-90. Quiet location; convenient parking garage; comfortable room; friendly housekeeping.

A better way to enter the lobby with luggage from our car; perhaps a wider door or a doorman to hold doors open. Breakfast options were limited to a standard, one price buffet.

We had two rooms for two days each on the 14th floor. The executive lounge was convenient and the staff was so nice. Food was food. Rooms were clean and staff always say hello no matter where you pass them in the hotel.

Breakfast buffet on the first day was not great. We got there at 9:30 and the eggs were plastered to the bottom of the pan and the french toast was overdone on the bottom side. Not a great experience. breakfast the next day was order from thoe ala carte and was great.

Close to “The Egg” concert hall, and had a parking garage & restaurant. The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful, and went out of their way to find a fan for me when the AC wasn’t working. The room service was careful about food allergies. Bed was comfy. Room was clean.

Even tho you could set the air to heat or AC, after a sleepless night in the heat and calling the front desk, they explained that although it says AC, all of the rooms are regulated by one unit which was currently set to heat. It was almost 80 degrees outside and I was a few floors up. The food was ok but not worth the price. I had a problem with the parking garage. You get a ticket. I was told it would be $20/day, and I could throw that out and use my room key to leave as many times as I wanted. Upon leaving my key didn’t work and I had to use my ticket and pay to leave. This was resolved at checkout when I explained what happened. My left over food from room service sat there for 2 nights.

The room was nice and clean and had most of the amentities. No microwave, but that's okay. It was very close, within walking distance to the concert at the Egg. Would stay there again.

Only thing was the price. More expensive than most we have stayed at...BUT I understand because this was right in the City of Albany, near everything and there was only one other hotel that I saw in the area. But we didn't have to drive all over, we walked around.

The location was fantastic. Staff were lovely and very helpful especially Antiono the duty manager. He was exceptional.

The fact that Booking.com totally stuffed up our booking. On arrival the Hilton had no record of our booking nor did they have any payment from booking.com hence we had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be sorted out. Lucky to get a room as there was a big concert on that night and they were totally booked. Rather embarrassing. Thank you Antonio for sorting out the mess that booking.com made!

The Hilton is in a great location and within walking distance to all that Albany has to offer. The beds are really comfortable. There is breakfast for an additional cost and worth the convenience. There is a large variety, and it's all delicious. Plus, the eggs are real, not powder! The hotel restaurant for dinner has a limited menu because there are a few decent restaurants near the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the hotel for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. More than anything, it's the staff that makes the stay amazing. They are all friendly, kind, and professional. P.S. bring your swimsuit because the pool is gorgeous!

Great location to the concert we were going too. The hotel was very nice. The beds were a little firm but not uncomfortable at all which was nice. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of stuff to choose from

We were told the indoor pool was heated but it was ice cold. When we talked to staff about it they said the pool heater wasn't turned on and that it would be warm in a few hours. Unfortunately by the time it would be warmed up the pool area was closed. The only other issue we had was with the shower tub the sides of the tub was curved which made it a little difficult for my friend to get out of the shower cause she's got a bad knee.

I loved it. I had a fantastic 😍 time. The hotel was gorgeous. I felt like I was one of the 1%. The hotel was located in a great location that was convenient for a tourist like me!

I didn't have a problem. The food was great. The staff was friendly 😁.

Closeness to MVP arena. Location, being able to pick my own room with the Hilton app was amazing, friends also stayed there the same night and we were able to pick rooms right next to each other, and have connecting rooms. Hotel staff was great when the app wasn’t working.

Only complaint was a bar tender that was a little rude.

The location of the hotel was prime. It was within walking distance to the MVP Arena, which was the main reason for the stay.

The bathroom tub looked like it needed a good scrubbing. I'm not sure if it was stained from previous usage, but I'm sure if it was cleaned with a magic eraser that could have been removed. The accent picture in the bathroom had black mold within the picture frame.
