The breakfast was good. Had a lot of variety. The hot food was very salty, but it was hot and constantly refreshed. The kids loved the waffles and waffle bar. The people working at breakfast were great. It was just outside Albany so it was not too crowded or loud, which we appreciated. It was also near restaurants, so we had a lot of options for dinner. The pool was the greatest highlight for our family.

Not much. Overall, it was a very nice hotel.

Close to family area was clean. Front desk staff helpful. I had to extend my stay by a day due to an unexpected family wake and doing that was hassle free.

The keys kept stop working even when we did not place them near anything at least 4 times had to go back to front desk. Sensor light in bathroom worked ok until you were showering and would shut off mid way which is a bit inconvenient when shaving one’s legs.

It was clean, newly renovated and staff was very pleasant. Loved the location off the highway. Easy access. Breakfast was adequate and will return in the future.

There was a tour group that had a little too many members to accommodate the breakfast area. It may have been a rare occurrence but other guests had difficulty finding tables and wound up eating in their rooms.

Room was nice and clean. My only complaint about the room is that the bed was not firm enough. I wish firmer mattresses were used so so we didn't wake up with back aches. The breakfast was great. Loved the Make-Your-Own waffles! Overall cleanliness was nice.

Wish mattresses on bed were firmer. Pool was not open and we had expected to go swimming, so we lost out on some value there and were not made aware of this until we got to the hotel.

Facility is v clean. Great staff! My room door lock was not working when I got back at night. Only one staff was there and he was trying his best to help among all other things. He offered another room so I can get some rest. Maintenance staff came back from his off hour and helped get the door unlocked. They solved the problem as a team and I was thankful to get back to the same room with my stuff and was able to rest.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The area seemed very safe and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We could use the app to check in and check out.

It was a busy weekend for the NCAA tournament. The breakfast was lacking due to that. Other staff jumped in to help, and that was great to see. The breakfast employee was doing her best to keep up and had a positive attitude while doing it.

I need hekp, I left my blood monitor and have not been able to connect to the hotel via the Hilton/Hampton phone service. I need to know if the hotel found my device (1"x2"x3/8") id if yes, mail it to my home address. Can you help me? I need the hotel local phone number as Hilton was not able to contact them.

They were doing grout cleaning and carpet Cleaning in the rooms. While I understand it isn’t the fault of the employees but it was very inconvenient because I had to take all my work product and my computer out of the room every day. It’s okay when Staff comes into Rooms but I do not Know these people who are Joe’s to do the cleaning and do Not Trust anyone in my room.

The bedroom was ready upon entry. The room’s temperature was preset to a comfortable level. The amenities were great for the price. Location, and room type.

The insulation of the paid room I reserved was thin enough to hear a neighboring guest above me. If this isn’t a preference for you, your stay can become impacted if not shared with the front desk attendant for a resolution.

New, clean hotel with nice aesthetic. Small pool available and outdoor space/grill. Breakfast area was nice and bright, food was adequate. We had a sunset view. New Poke Bowl place nearby.

Barn door on the bathroom. Wish beds were firm Foam. Would appreciate plain scrambled eggs.
