Clean. Staff was very pleasant, especially the breakfast people. Seriously, the highlight of the stay was the breakfast servers. Wonderful demeanor and very hard working. They made me laugh and smile every morning.

We asked at least twice to get room cleaning. It never happened. That was frustrating. That should get fixed. Oh. And we had a big king room. Put a couch in it. There was a huge open space with a little tiny chair in the corner Management overlooked this. A little change for a lot of extra comfort

1. Female staff member wouldn’t let me check in, even though the room was ready. The other staff member, sitting next to her, didn’t get his name, was VERY NICE AND KIND, and let me n my husband check in right away. 2. Guest smoking weed on the 3rd floor.

The breakfast was great 👍more than I expected . They even had coffee all day and night in the lobby.

The lady in the morning taking care of the breakfast area was rude when myself and my guest staying with me went for seconds(we split a bagel) the second time not that it should have mattered and I had another coffee.

The location was excellent because we were attending the commencement ceremony for UAlbany. The breakfast was nice, although we would have preferred fresh fruits in addition to the items which were available: bagels, yogurt, cereal, danish, sausage, breakfast sandwiches and cheese omlettes.

The room was spacious for three adults, but it needed updating. Parts of the tile in the bathroom were falling apart. The carpets in the elevator needed to be vacuumed more regularly.

Best comfort of bed ever! Pillows not so much. Loved the person who took care of the room. Super. I think her name was Ann. And Ruth was a great front desk person! And another young man too. I will be returning.

The dead bolt on the door did not work.

The location to Albany University was ideal. Right across the street. The room was quiet and had 2 flat screen tv's. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We will stay again in the future.

There really wan't anything I didn't like. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The beds were fabulous! it was so quiet too. and the staff were super friendly! Keep up the good work!

Staffs were pleasant, room was cleaned, breakfast was good and it's a walking distance to the University.
