The room was nice. The place was clean and felt new. Good breakfast, and coffee all day.

Rude guests in the pool. People drinking at the pool area. Didn't seem like the staff watched, at all, what was going on there to enforce their posted rules. I had to complain because people were splashing and hitting us with noodles. The fiancee had to pull a kid out that looked like he was drowning. It marred what was otherwise a great stay.

Everything!! The location was so convenient. It is right off of I-90 so you can get anywhere. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out everything was perfect. The staff is very accommodating, the facility is clean, the room was quiet and their breakfast is outstanding.

breakfast area located on second floor just outside the elevator. Clean comfortable dining space. everything you could want for breakfast. Hot, cold cereal. Bacon/sausage abd eggs Waffles to make, yogurt, hardboiled eggs granola bars Coffee, tea and juices. There was fruit as well but if you are a late sleeper it seemed to be dwindling down.

Your staff was incredible. Insanely nice and welcoming. Super helpful with any question we asked. Everyone staff member that you just even walked passed made sure to say hello and make eye contact.

Location was strange. No bar or restaurant near by and the only convenient store across the parking lot was closed by 10pm. Not your fault at all however maybe something to think about.

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean with lots of room. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful!

My wife and I are both 6 ft tall and had a terrible experience with the child size toilet in the bathroom. It might have been the shortest toilet I have ever seen!

The roominess of the suite. Great water pressure. The quiet hours were observed by the other guests and made for un disturbed nights. The safety bar in the bathtub was appreciated.

The thermostat was difficult to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and accommodating.

One loud group hanging out in the hallway one evening for about 20 minutes when we were trying to sleep. And the butter was kept too cold to spread on warm toast. It was rock hard.

The 1st room we checked into had ant infestation in the bathroom. We notified the attendant and he moved us to a different room. We were only there for 8 hours total and the price for a small dog was still 50.00.

We were here for my father's Memorial Service. We came 2 weeks ago to visit my Dad in the hospital. Looking forward to coming back for a vacation with the family.

Wish the rates were a little better. Few things in our room needed fixing (loose tile in front of tub, door lock latch was falling off

Good location. Value for money. Clean room and comfy bed.

The breakfast did not have gluten free options other than eggs. There was no fruit other than some brown bananas. There should be some healthy breakfast items for for those who cannot eat sugary cereals, pancakes and waffles .
