Breakfast was very convenient and welcome. Did not have to get into the car and drive somewhere to eat.

We paid for 3 nights, but because of airline problems we arrived one day late. Only got to spend 2 nights at the hotel, but prepaid for 3 nights through Booking.com, Even though we alerted them that we were delayed and paid in advance, we were still billed for the no-show night. Left a bad taste in my mouth that I was charged for the extra day. The hotel manager said that a refund was not possible since the booking was made through Booking .com. I would like someone at Booking.com to explain how the refund can be obtained.

The property was clean, and on a wonderful location. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The free breakfast was great with different selections every morning.

I was upset that the pool was closed due to a failed water inspection by the state. The gym area which was in the pool area was also closed. The pool was one of the main purposes of us choosing the hotel.

Beds were super comfortable and included breakfast was better than expected.

Toilet kept clogging for no apparent reason. Guy who came to address it looked like he never used a plunger in his life so was unable to fix it. We were going to check out that morning anyway but we had to use the public rest room in the lobby before we left. Really inconvenient, especially for my 96 year old Dad. Also, the parking situation was somewhat inconvenient. Lot design is terrible, leaving too far of a walk to the building.

Overall excellence of the staff and the excellence of all the amenities associated with the room and hotel. This was the best experience I have had with any hotel.

They didn't serve scrambled eggs everyday. We had a noisy neighbor one night. We received a credit after we told the staff the next day.

The location was perfect and very close to what we were there for. The breakfast was great. Great for the big eater and the smaller breakfast eater.

We wanted to use the pool, but the chlorine smell was so strong, we could not.

It was a last-minute booking, a little out of the way. It was very clean, spacious room, and excellent breakfast for grandparents and a 14-year-old granddaughter.

Nothing, except a little further south on 9W.

I loved the comfort and vacation feel of the area. The bedding was soft warm comfort of home. Room was very clean and staff was accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again and became a member.

The room was very comfortable and state of the art. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room for the price.

Not a complaint, but just want to note that it’s off a highway with not much else around. Good for folks who need somewhere to crash for a night but maybe not for an extended stay.

The breakfast was very good. A nice selection of items. The room was clean and spacious. The television was a good size and the quality of the picture was excellent.

A few more places to sit in the breakfast area would have been helpful. It seems like everyone showed up at the same time for breakfast.

The location was wonderful, being right off the exit. The breakfast was great with many choices.

I do wish the mattress on the sleep sofa was newer, as it was so thin, I ended up just sleeping on the couch. Also, for some reason, there were very few towels for the size of the room.
