The breakfast was great to have as part of our room rate. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.

There were no fresh towels available at the end of the day- we returned from a day out, not cleaning the room is fine, but not having fresh towels is not. Also we booked this hotel for the indoor pool. We traveled with children and did this incase it rained. It rained and they were painting the floor of the pool so it was unavailable. They should paint overnight or on a week when they have only a few guests.

Enjoyed visiting the Antiques Marketplace nearby. It is a real find and may be a reason for others. Staff was very friendly.

Your address was not available on my car's GPS. I was told at the desk that this issue has been raised by others who are sent to the wrong place. We called, and were directed to continue four miles beyond the point our GPS identified. Breakfast options were limited, apples not fresh, no cold water pitcher, no non-meat or low sugar options.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was out of the way - something I preferred. The area is beautiful and the traffic volume was low.

The room I was assigned had not been cleaned. On opening the door, the bed was unmade and there were towels on the floor and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. I was given a different room, which was fine. The hotel is two-storied, but does not have an elevator. I had some heavy luggage that I had to take to the room, more of an inconvenience than a hassle.

The room was large and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool was warm. The gym was adequate.

The hot tub in the pool area was closed/not in working order. The water for the jetted tub in the room came out dirty, even after letting it run for several minutes as instructed.

Breakfast is Terrible, There actually NO food except bananas and oranges the rest is SUGARY junk a tons of sugar. The one more thinks I Must mention is They serve a white fragile sliced bread that feels like cotton balls that break as soon as you taking to your hands and if you put it into the toaster you have very crispy crumbs it is Not holding together. Best Western administration must know by now that NO one uses the bread that was used 50 years ago and was ok for that time In my very honest opinion breakfast that B.W. serves is an offense to their Gusts, including myself.

Breakfast was good, with multiple choices of cereal and juice, and my daughter thought the scrambled eggs were above average for a warming tray. It may seem silly, but had recently been at a more expensive facility where the bed was so close to the wall that I had to crawl in from the bottom. It was nice to have room around the bed.

Maybe an outside pool?

It was wonderful breakfast the establishment was very clean staff was wonderful and helpful location for where I was was a great location to everything and overall it was a great place to stay and the offerings of the establishment was very good

Staff were fantastic... So accommodating, friendly, helpful...Beds were comfortable...Spacious enough for grandaughter to practice her karate... Granddaughters loved being able to make a nice breakfast for themselves, especially the waffles!! The swimming pool was a huge draw for them, and often they had the pool all to themselves! Location was great for us: Candle making in Hudson, Street Fair in Athens, Zoom Flume in Durham, and then off to Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival.

Better utensils for the kitchenette... We had to ask for pans, eating utensils, and the cooking utensils were sparse... Traveling with kids means eating in the hotel for a few meals to avoid costs of restaurants... No drainboard or drain pad for washing dishes. No paper towels. -- We managed, but I think they could run down to Dollar General and stock up on a few things to make it a real kitchenette. And get rid of that Argon Oil shampoo/conditioner, It leaves hair greasy!! Not everyone can use that type of shampoo... There has to be a more neutral product: Neutrogena for example.

Height of tub very hard for person w/ disability to entrr/exit and if u get room w/ walking shower the floor becomes a skating rink need rethink floor finishes. U also need up date ur lamp to supply U S B ports which everyone needs pain ass to either move night stands or bed to plug phones or laptop in for charging

The breakfast was much better than all other places we've stayed in the last several years.. Although the location was under remodel, staff went out of their way to make everything good.
