Cute boutique hotel with a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Fast and good communication with owner. Felt safe for a solo traveler.

Feels more like an Airbnb then a hotel, worked good for my trip needs tho! *Could use an ice machine.

Great location and cozy boutique hotel right in the center of town. The property (with a few rooms) does not have staff on location, but are responsive by text message. Great room, large with everything you need. At ground level there is a kitchen bar with teas, coffees and some small snacks to enjoy. Personally I don't miss the staff as long as everything is in order - and it was.

The parking in town: the parking (on the streets) needs to be at one side on one night and on the other side of the road on the other night. A bit confusing. Has nothing to do with the property but with the city regulations.

No breakfast offered but not expected. Location could not be better with excellent restaurants literally around the corner. City parking regulations a bit confusing but that’s on us. Staff wonderful and actually made friends with another couple staying there.

Bathroom needed a little attention. Water was VERY hot, shower door let some water through and controls were very loose. That’s about it and none were deal breakers. TV operations could be a little clearer.

The Nest properties are located right in the center of Hudson, so you can walk to everything. The property was immaculate and well organized. Lovely outdoor space too and area set aside for coffee & tea, snacks

Only issue was that bed was quite firm, so check if you don like that. Also, bathroom was open floor plan with toilet open to rest of the space. There was a screen to privatize the area, but not an easy athroom

Best location in Hudson, clean, adorable. Loved the local natural soap and shampoo! Would definitely go back.

The laundry detergent they use is scented, and I’m sensitive to synthetic scents. If they switch to unscented I would have zero complaints.

Great location, wonderful rooms and our point of contact was wonderfully responsive and helpful. the room was clean and well appointed, and the snacks, coffee and tea in the shared kitchen space was a lovely touch.

the only issue is that the walls are kind of thin. So i could hear the upstairs apartment talking and walking. they weren't being loud, it's just the way the place is built. and they seemed to have gone to sleep by 11:30 or so, so it wasn't too much of a disruption, but it was still noticeable.

If you want to be in the heart of Hudson, look no further. We booked the entire house for a family gathering. Each room had a bathroom, which was great. The top floor is open space and more suitable for people who don't mind an exposed toilet (it really wasn't an issue). We loves the two picnic tables outdoors - where we could gather.

There was no standard kitchen, but the corner dedicated to food prep was very well stocked.

The house is conveniently located to the main attractions street. The owner gave very specific directions, and it was easy to get into the building. It was a pleasant and very clean room with access to a small kitchen. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.

We are big readers and the lights were rather dim. A reading lamp would help. The street lights were quite bright, and I would have liked some type of black out curtains-but that's just me-I realize others aren't bothered by the light. I wish I had known that many of the shops were closed for the season-re-opening in May.

The fruit and chips provided came in handy as nearby dining options can be seasonal/have limited hours/are not open daily... plan ahead!

There is absolutely no one on site. All transactions are electronic and automation is the central operating principal, which prevents normal accommodations (early/late arrivals/departures) or human interaction. Texts do not provide that human touch and I would not want to find I was the only guest in the house.

Charming place in perfect location for main shops and restaurants. Lovely bedroom and the shared kitchen was great for drinks and making a simple breakfast. We sat on front porch as well as the little deck at back for a drink. Was self-checkin which worked well.
