Location, cleanliness, breakfast, etc all met my expectations.

I didn’t like the fact and extra $50 was charged to my credit card. Then when I called the staff I was told the manager was going to call me back, but hasn’t done it yet. We only spent the night there to rest and go skiing the next day. We didn’t take anything that didn’t belong to us or broke anything inside the room to be charged the extra $50!

The pancake machine wasn’t working properly, it only made pancakes the size of a quarter, it took about 8-10 minutes just to get enough to eat.

The hotel staff seemed pissed off that I went through booking.com. They mentioned it two censuring check in and twice ce when I checked out! I saved an enormous amount by doing so! The hotel ORI es were quite high for a hotel in upstate New York!

Super clean and very comfy, big rooms as Marriot standard.

The front desk should be more professional when handling situations since I remembered I booked the two double queens bed but he insisted that I booked the kings bed and didn’t want to switch the double beds for me saying whatever from the booking.com. The breakfast is very limited even @7:30 in the morning.

I would have given this hotel a 10; the only reason I didn't was because the "market" wasn't much of a "market"; also, the walls were not sound proofed enough and there was a small party going on in the room next door. Besides that, though, this hotel was one of the CLEANEST that me and my friend had ever stayed in! And the beds were super comfy!

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of light if you need it. Situated by a highway, close to activities.

Older air/heat system, loud. The kind that is separate and under the window. Could use cold water at coffee station. These did not detract from the visit at all.

We enjoyed the pool and gym. We utilized your lobby to play cards with the kids. There was 6 of us in total. I enjoyed the breakfast while the rest of the family was able to sleep in.

I would have liked the Market to stay open a little later as the kids were looking for snacks and drinks while playing cards.

The breakfast was excellent, good verity , well maintained. High marks for the desk staff, I had to make a last minute change and they were able to make it work.

Stayed 3 nights, second morning took off the do not disturb sign for service. I left the counters accessible, they weren't wiped down, (this includes the bathroom counter and basin). I left the tissue box empty, it remained so, also I was left with 1 coffee cup and one water cup for the two of us.

Easy access off The Thruway. Diane at the desk was wonderful. Felt right at home. The place is super clean. The bed was super comfortable. The place is so modern. I like the regulation of the room electricity with the key card. Very energy efficient. (Europe has this decades ago!!!)

Location was kind of out away from everything - which was okay - wasn't expecting to walk to shopping or stores.

The accommodations were nice but at $350 a night probably in this area was a stretch. It was our anniversary, so we put up with it. The free breakfast could have been better if the FOOD WAS AVAILABLE. Only one person covered all of the food prep and most of the time something wasn't available so it was a 10-15 minute wait for the next availability - maybe TWO PEOPLE should be hired to keep the kitchen going on time???

The room was spacious and clean. Television viewing was awesome.it was conveniently located to a lovely town with delicious food options and bookstore . Also close to Kingston and Hunter mountain. Wonderful trip!
