It’s hard to put into words how perfect our stay at Autocamp Catskills was. Everything from the warm, welcoming lobby to the Airstream and the peaceful surroundings, was simply flawless. Our Airstream had everything we could’ve hoped for: microwave, fridge, kettle, Bluetooth speaker, TV, all the BBQ tools, coffee machine, plus even body wash and lotion. We kept joking, “what else could possibly fit in here?” Every little detail felt thoughtful and intentional. The lobby is super cozy and chill, a place to play board games by the fireplace in the evening or even get some work done if needed. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and has place for everyone. We especially loved the little gift shop with Autocamp-branded items. As Europeans, it was so nice to take home a stylish memory from our trip. The property is in a great location and easy to reach. Upstate New York is magical, and Autocamp was the perfect basecamp to explore the region. Evening campfires under the stars felt almost too good to be true. Honestly, a 10/10 stay.

Only downside the heating/cooling system was a bit confusing. We tried to set the thermostat at night, but the heater kept kicking in loudly every 30 minutes, waking us up. Probably our fault for not figuring it out properly, but it did affect sleep a bit.

Camp was great, we love everything about it. Camp is beautiful. Our camper was so great, inside cozy, fancy and clean. The welcome center is so beautiful, it was nice to spend time there. Marshmallow on the fire, board games, food and drinks 🫰🫰🫰

We got plenty of messages from camp before our stay, with welcoming and directions how to check in and other staff , but noone warned us that we will not be allowed to start fire, because of forest fires in the state . I think that was pretty important information to know before stay. Because all food what we brought with us needed to be cooked on fire.

Our 2 families traveled together with our dog, and we were thrilled that our campers were placed side by side in quiet and lovely corner of the camp. The clubhouse was superb as a hangout location, as was the food and drinks.

The air streams were fabulous and comfortable, however, we had barely any water pressure in the sinks and showers. Also, the tv didn't work despite the very kind staff coming out twice to check on it.

The location was great, it was awesome to have a cozy and clean Airstream where everything worked and then have a community center area to convene. The happy hour and breakfast were great, and the staff was terrific. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only downside was the wifi was not good and since the service in the area was not great to begin with, that made thing harder. Not the end of the world, as my partner was able to get access better than I was and I could hotspot off of his. Still, something to note and hopefully they can improve that.

My wife and I stayed AutoCamp in Saugerties for a second time having enjoyed it so much the first time. We stayed in one of the Airstream - it was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We always feel very peaceful and rested staying at AutoCamp.

There was a large business booking that took up the vast majority of the indoor work spaces and all of the outdoor high-seating spots during our stay. While not an issue, no one had informed us this would be the case beforehand. My wife and I had planned to work in the Clubhouse but were only left with high-table seating right next to the bar and reception area where there's a lot of noise and music playing. A little communication of this in advance would have been appreciated.

They need to install more EV charging stations. I appreciate that it’s free, but only two for regular EV’s is not enough. The charging stations were being in use for several hours and the staff was very nice to send out a text message to all guests asking to move their EV if they were finished charging. I was then able to hook up my vehicle and really appreciated their help.

It’s a different feel than the ordinary. The staffing was very helpful and professional. The location is very clean and friendly with other campers looking for the same relaxation and tranquility. I rate it 1.000 stars.

Nothing to note wrong with the property. Everything was fabulous.

The property was very clean and well maintained. A great location to everything we needed.

The air conditioning inside the airstream unit was very loud. We had trouble hearing each other, but I would take that over not having it as it was over 90° when we were there and we were so thankful that there was air conditioning.

The location is great and close to many things to do. They have wagons you can use to bring everything from your car to your airstream or other option. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They keep it very quiet at night. You can easily spend the day there or venture out for the day and come back to unwind.

At times they seemed short-staffed, for example during one happy hour the person who mixes cocktails wasn't available but the other staff pulled together to make it fun for guests. The guestbook and website need some updating because I found some out of date info and broken links while looking for information.

We stayed in one of the camps airstreams - the room was awesome, very clean and comfy. The shower was nice and hot + the products were great. We really liked the clubhouse area and enjoyed chilling by the campfire with a cold beer in the evening. Staff were all really nice and helpful.

Auto Camp at Saugerties is a fairly new place and there are definitely some teething issues (all of which I am sure they will resolve in time). For example, when we checked in no one talked us through the camp amenities - as such, we were unaware of a morning yoga class we both would have loved to attend. Also, on one of the mornings there wasn't any coffee (or coffee mugs available) until around 7.45am even though breakfast is served from 7.00am....small things, but overall a great place.
