Kerensa went above and beyond trying to accommodate my request to be near my other family members and to check me in early for my 24 hour trip. And Kerensa, Rachel, and Nia were so welcoming and friendly. Great customer facing people for sure. And, the night front desk staff was great. Made a good recommendation for Texas Roadhouse which was perfect. I stayed here before and I surely will again for future visits. Btw, breakfast and staff was also great. You have a good team there!

I found nothing wrong.

Internet no more than average. Needs to be improved. Disconnects very often during use and is slow. Compared to the dozens of hotels I visit every year. Noisy A/C Impossible to turn off completely to sleep. This is a real problem The staff/manager? says there's nothing to be done. I have to sleep with earplugs Hotel loose one star for that

Everything about this place was great especially the staff, very friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The only reason I don’t give it a 10 was the mattress was very uncomfortable. They need to update the mattress otherwise the room was very nice. Plenty of places close by for all your needs. Very good breakfast we especially enjoyed the gentleman who ran the kitchen.

We had king suite. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, nice bathroom essentials. Breakfast was very good.

At booking we sent a request for 2 separate comforters, manager responded and said yes, but no comforters were there. When we asked at reception, we were given 2 duvet covers instead of comforters. TV could have been larger for the king suit space, it looks tiny from the sofa.

The staff (Val) did an excellent job with my check in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus on a 93 degree day. The internet worked very well. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. I will go back to this hotel in a second.

Nice clean and new looking with modern features

Not recommended to book this hotel on booking.com, as the IHG rewards system does not accommodate the booking and will not give you any points for the stay. The rate is usually not better on booking.com and the hotel does not accommodate the booking with the nice rooms (we received a room right next to the elevators and the window was blocked by entrance to the hotel). If you would like to book this hotel I recommend going on the hotel website and book, as the hotel is more accommodating that way.

Good breakfast - I especially liked the white egg veggie omelette. The staff were very accommodating - they kept the buffet open for a few minutes until we were able to get there - time had gotten away from us. The mattress and the room were comfortable and the room was quiet. The desk clerks were cordial and helpful.

The pillows - too big

The breakfast was fine--the standard fare (eggs, sausage, cereals, etc.). The location was good for us since we wanted to visit places on both sides of the river and there's a bridge right nearby. You're on the side of a small highway so there's nothing particularly scenic about this spot--it's commercial--but access to Kingston, Rhinebeck, etc. is easy. I recommend the Jolly Cow for ice cream. You can walk there. Clearly a locals spot and fun on a summer evening.

Really helpful and nice staff. Very clean room. Sheets were really nice. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Booking.com needs to update their listing as there is NO POOL. They are turning their former pool into a banquet room.

Breakfast was great, fresh, hot and staff attentive to refilling everything. We have stayed here many times while visiting relatives and this is very good location, convenient, clean, safe. Rates are competitive , so no complaints.

No issues to complain about, they do a very good job , thats why we keep coming back.
