It was brand new, clean, simple, but elegantly furnished with all the essentials in place. The manager was especially accommodating and considerate. She left the lights on for us for a late arrival and gave us a bottle of wine to make up for the fire alarm going off accidentally overnight. It was not needed but very much appreciated. The property sits on a piece of land by the river with facilities for camping as well. The rooms were exactly as pictured. We hope they’ll be able to maintain this high standard for years to come because we’d love to go there again!

More curtains/blinds in the living room windows would be nice for privacy.

I love the quietness and the resort feel of the location. The property was beautiful and I love the outdoor space for each cabin. The cabin provided a lot more than I expected. Everything was well stocked and clean. Definitely a great place to come for peace and quiet.

The layout of the room I stayed in depending on the neighboring guest it could be noisy. The position of the bed is against the wall for both cabins. It was pretty easy to hear the other cabin’s noises. Depending on the neighboring guest, noise can be a factor. Other than that, I had a great stay.

This charming, renovated & chic (without trying too hard) hotel is located by the Esopus Creek in the Catskills. We come to this area every fall and have finally found a place that we would be excited to return to. Every detail, communication, and recommendation is executed with the care and thoughtfulness of someone who has traveled and therefore knows what will be most special and useful to her guests. Beautiful riparian location. Nicely designed rooms and smartly appointed. Easy to get to, great base for all kinds of Catskills attractions (we went skiing at Belleayre from here, easy drive).

Rooms with adjacent rooms have thin walls. If your neighbours are louder, or snore loudly, you will hear it. But they have white noise maker in the bedroom, which is a nice touch and proved useful.

Peaceful location by a river. Cosy, comfortable accommodation with tasteful furnishings and stylish, newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Close to local restaurants, food markets, ski fields and the famous town of Woodstock. Great location for star-gazing and bird watching. Family friendly grounds. Great place to chill and hang out.

Little houses/ apartments in a very nice area. Perfect for a trip in the catskills. The communication was very thoughtful. We received all the necessary information and instructions to get into our room. There were tips of where to eat and what to do around the area to support local establishments. We had a great time.

The Leeway far exceeded my expectations. Not only was it clean, spacious, etc but there were a lot of little touches I didn't expect. Like everything from a hair dryers and fancy soaps and towels in the two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with multiple ways to make coffee/tea, and even a toaster oven. I will be booking it again!

Very clean. It has a cozy home feeling. We loved the set up by the river! The lights & laying in the hammock by the river under the night sky was amazing. It close to lots of hiking, she even gives you a list of hikes & restaurants near by! The host was very helpful & very inviting! I can’t say anything bad about this place, for me it was the perfect place for a perfect getaway!

The property is so beautiful, everything is thought to the details - from the bonfire place outside by the river, to the camping tools, bath or kitchen facilities, or recommendations paper. Tena was very nice and welcoming, it was a perfect place to relax in nature with good conditions

You’re immersed in nature as soon as you get to the property. The biggest bonus is the creek running through the back where you can go anytime and sit by the fire pit, lay on a hammock or soak your feet in the water.
