I made the reservation through Booking.com, and it was advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. 2 days later, I decided to write to the hotel to find out more about their “pet-friendly” policy, and they informed me that they charge $150 per pet (even though the ad says that the fee MAY apply). It will apply for sure! They charge for all pets. I was shocked by the price level and the lack of clear communication from the hotel in their Booking ad. I sent an email. They intended to explain their reasons, but it doesn’t make sense to charge such a high price (the price of an entire night) without the animal having done anything wrong or damaged the hotel. I don’t consider them to be pet-friendly.

Nice suites with separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Very clean. Nice gym: two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one recumbent bike, a bench, and free weights. Cozy lobby/sitting area. Attentive staff. There was some confusion when we arrived, but the front desk staff was patient and professional, and we were able to figure out what went wrong. Upon our departure, we lost our car keys and, again, the staff was very kind helpful as we waited for the locksmith to come.

No pool, but you can't have everything.

Ample parking. Room available to check in an hour early, which I was grateful for since I had just had a long drive. The staff was welcoming. The room was very clean. The size of the suite was perfect . The breakfast had something for everybody. Check out was easy. We did not use the patio but it looked very nice.

My only suggestion would be to have signage in the lot pointing to the main entrance. I parked at what i thought was the front but it was a side door.

Beautiful room, spacious, with kitchen, shower room, space to relax, space to work.

The only thing we missed was a safe for valuables.

Everything - my husband and I were totally impressed with our room - so clean and so much space, very comfortable in every way. Would highly recommend it to everyone

The location and breakfast. I stay here every year.

The showers need to be cleaned properly. I don't like the fact that the pink mold in the shower creases. I asked the housekeeper for towels as we didn't want our room to be serviced. She said she would bring them back and she never did.

It's a newer hotel and the apartment-style room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had more options than a typical included hotel breakfast.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is becoming my regular hotel when I'm in the area.

The windows don't open. A few stains on the shower could be scrubbed off with a bit of extra time to deep-clean.

The breakfast was good. The room was wonderful.

We brought our dog and were grateful to have such a nice room and a place to bring our dog. I just wish the pet fee for one night was a bit less.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Breakfast was good. No butter or OJ

Carpet in room was held down with duct tape and rooms were not cleaned and no fresh towels. No notice of this. We paid a handsome price of $1,300 for a suite 2 nights. Either I had higher expectations or paid too much. I was not alone as the facility was near capacity.
