The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee and tea were greatly appreciated. The hotel was very quiet and, most importantly, very clean. The beverage and snack vending machines were reasonably priced. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in.

The decor, especially in the lobby, was a little dreary and dated. And I feel the room, at almost $300 for one night, was overpriced.

there was no elevators which would have made it difficult if I did not tell them I needed a first room floor at check-in because of low mobility even though the rooms were very clean I did notice on our second day that there is blood on the wall when you first enter the room that definitely needs to be cleaned up the swimming pool itself is nice but the pool area could use a lot of update and such as floor repair could use a new roof and there are some damage to the doors that definitely needs to be repaired or replaced .. also I did not like that housekeeping entered our room while we were still checked in for another day

Hotel is good and it is ok stay there for few days. Check in and out were fast, the location is easy to find and it was clean enough, no smell and good number of towels. Shower is good and I liked the courtesy coffee there is in the bedroom. Long story short: it worth the price and I would stay there again if I need.

Although conmfortable, the beds were small in my opinion. Another thing that could be better is the heatter (which is also a/c). It is old and noisy.

The check-in process was fast and simple. The front desk staff were friendly and thankfully available at 3am when I had to check out! The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. I didn't use the bed long, but it was comfortable and more than adequate. And specifically, it is a short drive to Woodstock and has easy access to the local highway back to the Albany airport, so conveniently located. All in all, a pleasant stay.

My only issue was soundproofing, but that wasn't a significant problem. My neighbors were talking quite loud in the middle of the night, and I could somewhat hear them through the walls. It wasn't very loud on my end however, so if they were speaking in normal voices I suspect it would be barely noticeable, but probably still noticeable.

Convenient location, very easy parking, multiple entrances for easily getting to your room.

Our room was not the most clean -- it looked like long-term maintenance (wiping down walls, sweeping in corners) was neglected for some time. Fixtures had a film on them. The room still had a "thank you" envelope from the previous occupants, with the cash removed of course. We had a double queen room, with 1 bed comforter suffering a cigarette burn. Little hairs all over the sink area, big balls of hair in the corners of the washroom. Just overall, not meeting a standard of clean that I would expect, even for the low price to sleep there.

There were the same kids in the swimming pool the entire day and night and I couldn’t even get into the pool they were so wild.

It was a pleasant place to stay. The staff were all friendly and gave excellent customer service.

The property did not have an elevator. Though it was only one flight of stairs, hauling up luggage can be an issue - we were fit so we were fine.
