Great location, good design, beautiful and quiet spot

We stayed for 3 nights and never met a single service person - no towel replenishment, no information on how to request service or supplies, and no questions about whether we had what we needed. Rugs were stained and torn so we took pictures to ensure we were not charged for damage. Free coffee and tea were lukewarm and tasted awful. We loved the location and setting but were surprised to have no contact with staff.

A real jewel off the beaten path. If you're staying anywhere in the area, don't look for another hotel. This place felt lost in nature, but yet was just a stone's throw from the main road running through Woodstock. The staff was so helpful as well. They made sure our room was ready ahead of normal check-in time (I had a road-weary child wanting to get into the room!). We stayed in what likely was their smallest room, but it was very spacious with a large couch large enough for a full-grown adult to sleep on. The record player was a fun bonus, and I love that the ownership shares my musical tastes! Would love to return someday.

This was my first time staying at the Woodstock Way Hotel...it won't be the last. My boyfriend and I loved our short stay. The staff was great, the location is excellent (extra bonus is that it is situated where you can walk to most shops/restaurants in town), our room was great. We definitely want to visit Woodstock again and we will definitely stay here again.

Similar to other reviews, the entrance to the hotel can be overlooked (as it almost seems as though it is a personal driveway). Don't drive to fast on the main road, or you're likely to pass by the entrance. Other than that, we didn't have any other dislikes.

The room was charming and I loved the chair and foot cushion. The design was lovely. The room setup was also well thought out. Bathroom amenities were nice. The coffee bar made delicious drinks. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Nice people. Walking distance to everything.

Bathroom fleas and maybe a little more thorough room check before check in - I found item left behind by another guest but not the biggest deal. Drawer space would’ve been nice so didn’t have to live out of suitcase. A bit noisy in the early mornings from this room. Since no coffee maker in room free coffee should have a bit longer time window - the hotel charges good money to stay there this would be worth changing. I would’ve like the parking spot to be a little more private and not sitting at the check in or next to common tourist walk area. I also recognize space may be limited- not the biggest deal.

Location was amazing. Room was stunning. Environment was beautiful. Staff were incredibly kind. We walked into town where there were so many fantastic restaurant options and we are very picky :)

No negative feedback. They don't have overnight staff on site but they are accessible and it caused us no issues.

So many positive things to say about this boutique hotel. Your room: - The smell of pine in from the knotty pine used throughout the decor. - Turntable and records, after all, you are in Woodstock. - Extremely comfortable bed with several pillows of hardness and softness so you can rest well. - Take your shower in a large open shower with a rain showerhead. - Enjoy their "Casa Posta" toiletries with a wonderful fresh fragrance. I'm really sensitive to fragrances so I was unsure but they smell of the earth. The property: - A waterfall just outside your door brings serenity and blocks any traffic noise. There's a patio along the waterfall with a fire pit and lounge chairs. Staff: Attentive, caring and friendly. They actually show you your room and send you check in information so you can bypass the front desk if you get there late.

Small problem with the bathroom sink not draining but I alerted staff and I'm confident they'll address the issue

Woodstock Way is just incredible. Truly. It's a respite from a busy schedule and it's the most relaxing and serene of locations. The staff is incredible and friendly, and they have this amazing patio area near the waterfall where you can roast smores, read a book, or have a glass of wine. I will be back again and again. Thank you Woodstock Way! Also, the mattress and sheets are hands down the coziest I've ever encountered in a hotel.

Nothing - but the description said there would be bikes available but there wasn’t any. Also no spa facilities - you have to go elsewhere in the town to book a massage etc.

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff. We used the self check in and just wish we’d known the drinks & snacks in the room were complimentary and that we could have requested clean towels. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it as our base to explore the Catskills

on the Main Street, but back far enough to be very quiet

the first room we were given had amazing windows everywhere, but overlooked the parking lot where everyone was coming and going. so less than desirable. the next room was amazing. same windows but so much more private so we could leave the window shades open and still feel like we weren’t on display. Rain shower in shower which my husband loved, but since I wasn’t washing my hair, it was difficult to bathe in. They either need a hand held head or offer shower caps. These were both small issues however. I gave this place a 10 because of the comfort of the bed. soft, pillowy, soft light downy comforter. like sleeping on a cloud
