Breakfast was included: waffles, coffee/tea, bagels, juice, eggs, sausage, cereal. Check-in/check-out was fast, easy and convenient They had an early check-in time. There were lots of stores and eateries within a mile. Great place if you need a convenient place to stay in the area.

Our room was facing the parking lot on the first floor so there was parking and some noise in front of our window. It wasn’t too disruptive, but next time I would ask for the second floor. Also, because we were facing the parking lot and the curtains wouldn’t completely close, we had to tape them shut when we were dressing.

could hear a lot of commotion in the other rooms which made our dogs bark on the first night. also no outdoor garbage for pet waste

The location is right off the Thruway and right near the road that leads to town of Saugerties, extremely convenient. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having complimentary hot breakfast served in a room right off the lobby (served buffet style; included eggs, sausage, breads and pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, and a make-your-own waffles waffle maker). The front desk staff, both day and night, were very helpful and friendly. The heated indoor pool was well maintained and there were plenty of pool towels. A trip to walk the Lighthouse trail was one of the highlights of our visit, along with dinner at Stella's Station and lunch at the Ohana Cafe (open until 3pm).

We stayed 2 nights. Didn't see the card left in the room by the TV until the 2nd day but you don't get fresh towels until after 3 nights. You can ask for more at the front desk, and they'll give you plenty. This is fine except housekeeping didn't reach our room at all (we were out most of the day) to collect garbage or make the beds or collect wet towels. Was able to get more towels and toilet paper at the front desk. If it matters to you, you'll have to make your own bed and take out your own garbage. Also, never had this happen before, but our room card keys stopped working more than once and we had to get them "recharged" at the desk. If there's more than one person, make sure each person takes their own key and keeps it separate.

Room was clean, bathroom fixtures were in good working order, with basic toiletries. There was a fridge, microwave oven and a coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good for its price category. There's also a small gym and an indoor swimming pool which we unfortunately didn't have the time to use. Generous parking.

Heater was difficult to control, room became too warm. We had to set the thermoset down to 60s F (under 20°C) when we wanted a temperature of 70s ( mid 20°C). Phone rang several times during the night for no apparent reason. No one on the line, we could only hear static.

It was a clean modern hotel.

Our room was on the back side of the hotel so it was very noisy from the highway being back there. Also, the room phone rang several times during the night, 1:30, 5:15 and 6 a.m. We spoke with the manager in the morning who said they are having trouble with the room phones.
