Great location and excellent hospitality! We don’t drive so the free bikes that Graham & Co provide were essential for us to get around Phoenicia and get to the trailheads. Martin, the owner, also offered to drive us to visit the Phoenicia Diner, Cucina in Woodstock, and drove us to our bus stop (since it was raining). Totally not expected but very much appreciated! Above and beyond hospitality. Saturday night, there was a movie night in the meadow, which was cozy! Complimentary popcorn provided was a welcoming touch. Also love the hammocks and picnic benches around the property- used these for reading / breakfast areas. The Den was a cozy area for movies and hanging out - perfect spot for watching scary movies by the fire.

The vibe was fantastic. Much attention was given to details and making travelers feel comfortable. I loved having a bicycle to ride into town, and the pool was amazing. The grounds are super clean, and staff is willing to help

Our room was very small barely big enough for two people to share a bunk bed. It was fine for our purposes but would not suggest for a family for these bunk rooms. The meeting area must have been an old animal Barn in former days. It was a neat vibe,but sort of primitive. We blew the circuit repeatedly trying to use the microwave for a dinner we bought at the local the staff was helpful and rectifying the situation though.

Graham and Co. is a small boutique motel that has the feel of a cool summer camp in the woods for all ages. Cozy rooms, picnic tables and hammocks, an amoeba shaped pool, a huge lawn with a fire pit, volley ball net, and a tee-pee, a rec room with games, a wood burning stove, cozy seating and a huge smart TV. I could stay here for the whole summer! It's just a short walking distance from the town which has antique and vintage shopping, a pretty coffee shop, gift shops with wares from local artisans and a great restaurant with incredible pizza! I literally can't say enough good things about this place. Relaxing yet entertaining, great staff who are very informative and helpful, modern but rustic, cozy and chic without being too pretentious. 100% would recommend.

Our room was in the bunk house and the beds were twin bunks. The room was very cozy but the bunk beds in our bunk house room were a little rickety and made us feel a little unsafe. I think an upgrade on the beds would make people feel a little more safe and comfortable.

The property with intimate and quaint in such a beautiful way. I ran into a problem with getting a ride to the Albany airport and the owner himself (Martin) stepped in and assured me I would make my flight and if necessary he would personally drive me - the airport is 90 minutes away. He found me a safe and comfortable ride and I made my flight thanks to Martin!!! Every staff person I encountered on the property was amazing! It has been a long time since I have experienced that kind of customer care! Thank you all!!

There was nothing I did not like!

Beautiful property with simple yet clean and comfortable accomodations. Great touches such as firepits, hammocks and a teepee on a big inviting lawn. The staff is super friendly. I look forward to coming back!

I stayed in the bunkhouse, which is private rooms with shared bathrooms. The building itself is a little musty, but I do think they do the best they can, given the humid weather and the area. No complaints, really!

It was all great. We had a bunk room, which was on the very small side, but it was as expected. My only big request is that they add hooks in the bathroom and guest rooms for towels and such. Otherwise, we loved our stay and found it to be pretty central to everywhere we wanted to go. Also the people who run the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We hope to be back soon!

The staff and the owner, Martin, are the standouts of The Graham & Co! They're very kind people who took the time to chat with me and provide recommendations for my travel and hobby interests in the Catskills. Super welcoming people! As far as the accommodation, it was great and exactly what I was looking for - a clean, decently spacious, and homey room. Breakfast was a nice surprise as well, as I didn't realize it was included before booking the place. Will surely return when I'm back in the area!

I loved the garage office, the tea and honey, fruit and talking to desk workers for free. They were great people. The shower was great too with really nice shampoo. I loved the mellow vibe.

Well, the next time I thought of staying there the price got jacked up. It seems like it depends on the busy time of year. I will go back there soon thou.

I was here for a long weekend for a wedding, and the whole place was rented out for the wedding. It was absolutely wonderful, and everyone was so helpful! We appreciated all of the warm small touches that helped make the stay so much easier. They were flexible as things changed day to day, and were always so kind. They would bring us a water cooler and a wheelbarrow of towels when we were all in the pool. It's the small thoughtful things that really helped us feel at home. Can't recommend this hotel more!!

Super comfy mattress Friendly staff Good location

I think installing an actual curtain, rather than a blanket, over the main window in room #3 would make for an improvement. I found the light streamed in early in the morning, and the blanket didn't really allow me to regulate how much light should enter the room. I found the price a little high, when stacked up against comparable places with 'more' amenities in the immediate vicinity (such as Woodstock, Windham). I would stay again, though.
