Great little motel! Everything was 100% fresh and clean and well-maintained all the way down to the fresh white caulk in the bathroom. I really appreciated the full-size shower stall (I'm 6'4" and I didn't have to crouch!). I expected a mini-fridge, so the almost full size refrigerator-freezer was a pleasant surprise. Mattresses are definitely firm, but I like that. I can't speak about the AC because it was 60F outside; we just opened a window. We were there to be within a 5-hour drive of the 2024 eclipse in 3 different states, so we didn't have time to try out any of the amenities beyond a good night's sleep, a fridge to hold the food from our cooler, a microwave to heat breakfast, and Wifi to check weather reports. All of those worked out just fine. Wifi was reasonably fast, and there is nothing within walking distance of the motel, which made the area very quiet for a good night's sleep. It was definitely a great value.

The worst I can say is that I saw one spot of peeling paint on the exterior of the building. If you like a classic motor lodge, this is an excellent choice.

Kenny/owner was Super friendly & accommodating, my friend was able to book a room last minute!!! Peaceful, immaculate room, close to our destination!!! Convenient parking spot right in front of room! Coffee maker(coffee packs sweetener creamer), frig, micro, toaster available🙂 Lots of TV channels available WHEN the signal worked!!!

For a budget motel, the owners could not do more to make their guests’ stay very pleasant. From checking in, to departure they were working non stop to make our stay a good one. Clean rooms, lots of good facilities. We felt safe, and were very well positioned to visit many destinations. We would not hesitate to recommend or to return.

Nothing - all was good.

The room was very clean. Even the pool water was crystal blue! The owners were incredibly kind. The room had nice amenities. There was a large fridge, strong ac, cable tv, and a playgtound and pool for the kids. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room, but they were delivered to our room upon request. The motel is an incredible value. Other places in the area were, litetally, were asking for 3x as much. I would not hesitate to book at Four Seasons again.

The mattress was a bit stiff for my liking, but that is a personal preference.

The owner of the place is a wonderful and very caring person. I loved that there were disposable toothbrushes and that the little details were thought out. You can see that the owner really tries to make it perfect! The furniture is old but everything is clean!

Friendly staff, they cleaned the room every day even when we has a late start. Family owned. Room was very spacious, table and chairs, micro, large refrig.

The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. It was quiet. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The heated pool is a great size, and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves.

Location was great for our interests. We went to Olana and Thomas Cole national park. I think the room was a great value, with two beds fridge and coffee maker. The room was cleaned without request and coffee provided. The ornate chair was very comfortable and there was an original painting on the wall. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was quiet.

Restaurants weren't too far but they had different weekdays they were closed so you have to check ahead of time.

This is one of the older motels in the Catskill area but the price was right so I booked it. I was thrilled when I opened the door to room 5 and was met by a spotlessly clean and organized room with shiny wood floors. Wow it was great

The owners/people working at the motel were polite, helpful, and respectful. During the day while we were out, our room was meticulously cleaned and resupplied with towels and coffee.. Nice pool, convenient parking, quiet at night. Good value.
