The room was so comfortable and pretty. The staff was extremely helpful with things like restaurant recommendations, and answered questions or requests immediately. The amenities in the room were lovely. The shower was quite amazing! Even in a relatively compact space, the room felt warm and inviting. The location could not have been better in terms of access to the rest of town, which we were able to explore on foot. Also, we should mention how excellent the housekeeping was.

We would suggest one more small shelf in the bathroom, for toiletry items. Things like toothbrushes, and small bottles that a couple would travel with take up more space than just the sink. Otherwise it was all lovely.

This was such a lovely stay, we were so impressed with the styling of the entire place. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the showers were awesome. I also greatly appreciated that they had a small gym. You never find gyms in a place like this and having a place to be able to go and stretch after a long day was fantastic.

The only suggestion we had was maybe a small breakfast in the mornings, but it was appreciated to have snacks for sale in the room

Outstanding comfort and a wonderfully helpful and kind staff. During a heat wave, the HVAC went down and the staff bought window ACs and installed them quickly in all the rooms, making our stay so much better. Can't thank them enough.

I liked the higher quality room furnishings such as the wood furniture and fireplace in the room and shower fixture in the bathroom.

Sunrise light was beautiful in the morning but the curtain did not keep room dark.

I loved being on the main Street, Warren Street. It was easy to walk home after dinner, easy to find breakfast, etc. plenty of towels. Easy to read and find Wi-Fi passwords. I was impressed the front desk called to ask if I would arrive before or after 7pm. Can’t wait to return without the children!!

Three people checked into the room. Only two chocolates were offered in the room.

The Location is Perfect if Visiting Hudson. Hotel is Located pretty much in the Middle of Warren Street & within walking distance of Everything. Free parking directly behind the Hotel with a Rear Entrance for easy unloading & loading of your Luggage. Even a Loading area directly in front of Hotel. The Rooms are super Comfortable with Everything you would need including a desk. Our room had a Cute little Electric Fireplace which even threw off heat. Comfortable Bed & Bedding. Awesome Shower with Multiple Heads & a Handheld shower with Lockwood Shower soap, shampoo & conditioner. They provide everything that you would need Umbrellas if it's raining, Ironing Board & Iron. There's even a Mini bar with reasonable prices & a Keurig with free coffees & Teas. But the True Highlight of our Stay was definitely the Staff. Cortney & Crystal were nothing short of a pleasure to deal with as well as the Housekeeping Staff that keeps the Rooms & Common Ares Spotless. This was our 1st Visit to Hudson & we look forward to coming back in the Spring & Staying @ Hudson Whaler.

Only one Minor & No Big Deal is the Elevator is spotty.

Newly renovated, quaint, historic townhouse in the center of town. I appreciated the free bottled water as a lot of hotels like to gouge you for this luxury! The King Room (Room #202 I believe) located on the front corner of the 2nd floor was clean, beautiful, airy and bright. The satellite television didn't work and the front desk person wasn't able to fix it despite his attempt, but I was able to use Netflix and Hulu instead.

Room #102 was VERY VERY humid. The thermometer was showing 87% humidity during my stay. The pillows, sheets and comforter were damp to the touch and wrinkled. I also woke up feeling like I had a cold sweat despite the AC being on high/cool. The windows of this room face a sidewalk alley — as a result there is no privacy or the room is very dark with the shades closed — the hotel should consider replacing the existing window shades with bottom-up shades so that guests can have some privacy and still retain a bit of daylight. There were a couple of very small old blood stains on the sheets that I didn't notice until I was leaving in the morning.

Very nice and cozy, big room and very quiet. The staff is super friendly.

We wished that they offered breakfast, but it's true that not all hotels do and they were very clear about it.

there was nowhere to place personal toiletries in the bathroom. A shelf or table would have been helpful. The sink had been extra space. No attendant at night seemed odd to us.

Wish the hotel had better bedding and pillows, I would have given a much better rating. the neighborhood is still in the rebuilding stage, stores only open on weekend. A little scary when visiting midweek. The street was deserted after 7pm!
