Very spacious room with a fully kitchen, en suite bedroom, with a good sized sitting area. Overall the room is like its own mini apartment. The common area are clean and modern with a well equipped gym and small swimming pool. The location of the hotel is at the end of the shopping area and very convenient to local stores, restaurants and bars.

The pool is small and not good for laps. The pool is very popular with families and hence the water can become a little murky. Breakfast can become very crowded at busy times as the seating area is limited.

The receptionist was quite friendly. The property was exceptionally clean and my wife commented that it did not have that less than pleasant aroma you sometimes encounter in motels. All the floors wet visited were clean, clean, clean. Our room was a suite with a full kitchen. Didn't use it but very nice to have on a long stay. Another nice thing was they have real glassware in the kitchen cabinets. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, hash brown patties,, sausages, bagels, breads, and all the usual accompaniments. Also, unlike so many "fine" motels, the heater / air conditioning unit worked fine and was QUIET!!!!!

The only itty bitty negative was that one of the USB ports in one of the lamp bases did not work. However, there were plenty more around the unit to get the job done.

Everything was perfect as usual. Very nice personnel. Room service is perfect. Very cozy atmosphere. The only thing - It would be nice to have some vegetables on breakfast.

We drove up to Albany from the lower Hudson Valley to visit family and friends and needed a place to stay for one night. This property was conveniently located in that it was easy to reach all the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly. The suite was quite spacious and very clean. Although we did not need it, it had a full kitchen which would well serve anyone there on an extended stay who wanted to do their own cooking.

The location left a little bit to be disired in that it was not right off a main street but rather set back in a an area where you had to twist and turn to reach it. In this day and age of mobile apps that can lead you anywhere that is probably not such a terrible issue but still, in the dead of night, you could easily turn the wrong way. A little better signage on the roadway leading to the property might be helpful.

Excellent location. All kinds of Food selections, shopping and Sky Zone for the kids right at your finger tips. Beautiful and clean hotel with an excellent staff. The breakfast included had many choices and was delicious. Great stay and will keep coming back!

The room was great, very spacious, lots of room and very clean.

The ( exterior)doors were very hard to open, key card had to be used several times, to get them to work. And the stairwells weren’t cleaned the entire stay,

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel . Location also was perfect , it was like I was visiting my home in countryside! The room was very comfortable , quiet and cozy! I would certainly recommend it!

The staff were amazing! The room was really spacious. Family of four and had a ton of space to relax. The included breakfast was very good. The cooks even made special eggs for my daughter with a dairy allergy. Best feature according to my kids: It has a really nice indoor pool!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient location and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Loved the Grill Night on the patio.

Our only complaint is that the person who cleaned our room must have tossed my toothbrush because we couldn't find it.
