Staff were friendly, kind and courteous. The facility was nicely laid out and the breakfast area was well stocked with a good many choices of food with many areas to sit and eat whether alone or with a group. It was also quieter than expected being fairly close to I-87.

Sadly the smell of the carpeting or whatever cleaners being used was distracting. It was like old dirty vacuum cleaner bags long past their time to be replaced. Allergies of mine have kicked in high gear.

Very good staff and location. Not pleasant next to elevator but manageable. It appears dated but everything was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable for a holiday week. Will return next Christmas 🎄

Toilet was clogged. Room too close to elevator. Otherwise - a pleasant stay ! Front Desk said we had kings but ended up with queen beds. NP.

Everyone is so friendly!! Jack and Luke at the desk!! Juan in maintenance does a great job and is very friendly. Breakfast is always great, thank you Ms Donna! She was so busy but she did a great job!!!! Christmas decorations were beautiful!! I love it here, this is my home away from home!!!

The breakfast selection was wonderful and staff were helpful and very pleasant.

I was a bit put out by noisy neighbors (slamming doors at 2am - hallway) but that is not something I expect the Hotel to be able to control. I was otherwise very pleased with my stay.

The location worked well for us and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Their breakfast was good and offered a variety of options each day including hot food such as pancakes and eggs which were very good. All the staff we encountered were helpful and very friendly.

Original booked room ac/heat was so loud couldn’t sleep all night than staff gave different room ac/staff temperature is not controlling properly keep need to change up and down

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were very nice and kept up on the food and cleaning.

The pool was pretty dirty. Don’t think the filter was working very well. Water had a greenish color to it as well.

The convenience and location to different places was very good. The breakfast was also delicious.

The date we booked was really overpriced for the hotel accommodations. Some of the pool chairs were were broken.

The location is close to major highway and close to a lot of stores. The staff are friendly, the place is new and very clean, the room is large and comfortable, and the continental breakfast is fresh and tasteful. Nothing really to complain.

Rooms were clean, updated & cozy. Pool was clean and bright, hot tub was clean, hot and bubbly. Breakfast was almost the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Outstanding hotel for families!
