The breakfast was great; lots of choices that varied from day-to-day. Some small nit-picky complaints, like the fact that the butter packets were refrigerated so solidly, that it was impossible to butter your toast or your biscuit without tearing the bread. And maybe a second waffle maker; breakfast was quite crowded the days I was there, and it was often a wait to make your waffles, which often caused the other food you had on your plate to become cold. But these were really minor distractions in an otherwise solid free breakfast. Also, the 'digital key' was a nice feature. It took a minute to figure it out, but once I did, it was very convenient, since it's far more likely that you might forget to take the key card to your room with you than it would be to forget to take your phone. Also, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Honestly, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like and if there was anything, it was it was some small thing that really didn't amount to much.

The facilities were clean, well maintained , recently renovated and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was ok, actually it was the only thing that I had a problem with. limited to no options for people who are vegetarian. The potatoes were not refilled after repeatedly asking for it.

Breakfast was delicious. French toasted added or hot cinnamon rolls would be nice. Woman running breakfast was professional in appearance and kept area clean. Hotel is clean. Modern. Love the kitchenetteS! Feels like home!!

No local directory of places to shop, Dine, Visit. Absolutely do not understand the theory behind the blanket with bed skirt attached ! Isn’t cozy at all! If your going to use a bed skirt then use as such. Lady at front desk said always gets complaints. Front desk employees and others , cleaning crew were by far in a professional appearance! Work out capris at check in? Front door, Front desk is your first impression! Only professional in appearance was the woman running the breakfast bar! Home 2 is always our go to hotel! I hope the hotel stays in good repair!

Convenient location with good amenities nearby. Clean establishment with good bedding and linens, nice shower, and convenient kitchenette (no stove). But plates, utensils, glasses were great.

Breakfast needs work. Have had a better breakfast at one of Hilton’s other comparable properties. Premade breakfast sandwiches and omelet were chewy. Only thing that looked appetizing were the waffles which you make. Oatmeal was decent. Coffee could be brewed a little stronger.

The staff where friendly, helpful, and truly stars. Well done on hiring and retaining such great ambassadors for your brand.

The free wifi wasn't great for me and as a business traveler that made work hard. I didn't bother to upgrade to paid wifi - which admittedly could have made a difference.

The front desk personnel of the hotel were so very accommodating. Over the course of the weekend they remembered why we were there and showed interest.

The sound of the bathroom fan that I couldn't figure out how to shut off. Also, I wish there was better lighting.

I’m a light sleeper. It was not possible to turn off the ventilation fan. The sofa bed was not comfortable. The tv system doesn’t support Netflix or Prime or Youtube for example to display your own content.

Room layout and features are all excellent, comfortable and frankly some of the best we've ever had! Loved the cubbies for luggage and clothing, the kitchen with dishwasher, sink and microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was very good and staff were helpful and friendly.

Only minus was that one of the 6 ft. metal tracks that holds the curtain chain in it fell off to the ground while I was raising the blind. If it had fallen on me or someone else we could have been seriously hurt. The brackets on the wall behind it look OK, but a different solution needs to be found for this in my opinion, as it's a big chunk of metal in a place that people are standing several times a day.

The breakfast was great, the location and ease of getting there was great, the hotel and a specially the hotel room was far more than expected. It was a short drive to our concert at Spac and will diffently will recommend to friends and family…

Beds very comfortable. Room very clean and good size.

Breakfast could be better. Need to have gluten free offerings. Sofa bed was hard as a rock to sit on. Bed blanket did not breath and was too hot! Should not have to pay extra for quicker internet to stream TV content.
