the breakfast, the clerk (Kayley) who greeted us and assigned us our room, the parking near the door, the little diner in the nearby plaza, the location not far from our destination in Schenectady, the shower, the sauna, the comfortable bed, the in-room coffee maker, the water w/lemon available in the lobby.

Carpet was stained in places, a smell developed when I turned the water faucet in the bathroom toward hot (?), the pool was a little chilly, hot tub was out of service, I was charged a fee to have a safe in the room (which I did not use!) but it was later waived upon check-out when I asked that it be removed, coffee in the lobby was not hot (maybe put less in each time so it doesn't go to waste).

Location is perfect if you have a reason to be in the area. It’s a bit awkward if you’re on the first floor and your room is in the back of the building. Looking out the window you have a neighborhood and the sidewalk is only a couple feet away. Fortunately there wasn’t any incidents but the potential is there.

The hot tub was broken and it seemed as there was no urgency to get it fixed! The front desk made an error in my billing with purchase of food item from the on-site store. It was at home when I discovered their error and it was a mountainous task to get it corrected. And the billing correction was misleading in the methodology!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited in selection, but staff kept it clean and stocked. The coffee was some of the best we've ever had at a hotel, and we're well-traveled:) Bed was comfortable, shower was new and spotless. Great Hi Def TV and wifi.

Location was not what we expected for $200+ per night, but it was thankfully quiet even for a Saturday night. I didn't go out to the car by myself since the hotel parking lot was shared with a liquor store, Dollar General, and Chinese place which didn't give me a good vibe.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to visit our kids. Location is only a few miles from their apartment. We appreciate & enjoy the free breakfast, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly & attentive.

If there was a way to increase the diversity or selection of breakfast hot food items, that would be great. The waffles are great, but everything else is sorta ho-hum boring. I realize there's not a lot of space in there, but some new choices would be appreciated.

This hotel was a surprise for me. Everything was in great condition, almost new. And very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The workout room was small but adequate (could use a few yoga mats or exercise mats). But the best thing about the hotel was the attitude of the staff. I met three staff members while staying there, and they were all cheerful and welcoming. And lastly, this hotel cost half what comparable places in the area cost.

Could use some floor mats in the workout room. Could use another light in the room, near the closet.

The room is big, plenty of room to navigate around 2 queen beds. Good size bathroom, very nice 6' walk-in shower. Upon check-in we weren't asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned after our 1st night, so I was very surprised that it wasn't. Apparently their policy is that you must request it. There was a problem with the toilet seat that they repaired immediately. The staff is very warm, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was VERY good. The area is clean and constantly maintained.

They forgot to tell us that we needed to let them know we wanted the room cleaned and the beds made.

This hotel was wonderful ! It was extremely clean and the staff was so attentive. Breakfast was good and there was always fresh coffee in the lobby. We would most definitely stay here again !

There were a few things that were broken like the hot tub and washer and dryer but aside from that we had an awesome stay.

Quiet location, very clean and close to where I needed to be. Bed was insanely comfortable. Tiffany at the front desk was great!

There are signs everywhere saying they pride themselves on being a non smoking hotel. Someone on the floor I was staying was smoking marijuana. I had to put towels in the crack at the bottom of the door because the smell was so strong. I’ve noticed this is an issue in several hotels I’ve stayed at recently

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this hotel is. It started with the very kind staff people who work there. Every person we encountered was very sweet and very responsive. The facilities were VERY clean and so was our room. The bed was super comfortable and everything worked as it should. What more can you ask for. We would go back for sure.

The only thing I didn't love was the location. It was right next to a divy plaza but I guess that was ok if there was no need to go.

24/7 coffee and tea table. Lemon-flavored water at all times in the lobby. The breakfast was very good. I was able to make my own waffles in the machine. There are a few stores in the same block (2 minutes walking), like a liquor store, a market and even a Chinese restaurant that I did not try.

The breakfast did not have a wide variety of items. There is not much around the hotel, which means you need a car to move around and see the sights.
