Great location, great staff, and entrance....nice clean room , I am sure I would have enjoyed your pool and exercise room if I had time.

Unfortunately the internet for my laptop did not work in the guest room, there were limited TV stations without a "movie" station option on tv .and there weren't any tech options in the lobby area. I do Understand you are going through a renovation so.... I Hope there will be showers without tubs in bathrooms, upgraded internet options throughout hotel and ability to watch movies on TVs in Guest rooms. Best wishes!

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean and comfortable the place was. Beds were immaculate and comfy. The service was top-notch...staff was most helpful giving us breakfast very early in the morning. Super hotel, highly recommend. The location, while not beautiful, was convenient for our needs--close to restaurants. I was glad I booked at this place--thank you!

Ok, in general.

Baseboards in bedroom haven’t seen cleaning in a while. Hotel didn’t have our Hilton Honors number in the system, and employees were refusing to give us free breakfast for free. Finally we provided them with our number but we were “warned” we could only have four pieces from the buffet. For the price we paid for the night, over $200, I think Hilton could afford free continental breakfast without so much fuss. Oh well 👎🏻

My friend and I were almost staggered by the friendliness we encountered from EVERYONE at this Hilton Garden Inn. From our initial greeting at the front desk to our LOVELY server Danielle at dinner (where we had a delicious meal) to our breakfast server to various housekeeping staff to the front desk at check out, the warmth, kindness and generosity almost bowled us over. We began by smiling about this and departed feeling so cheered by the atmosphere that we have spent days since remarking on how lovely everyone was. Kudos to you all. The top execs at Hilton should be made aware of what a terrific job you are doing and use your facility when they train others. Thank you for a lovely visit. Oh, and hold on to Danielle. She is a treasure.

The staff were very helpful and courteous no matter what time of the day or what you needed. The room was clean, bed comfortable and had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool was a little chilly but the hours it was open was great, 5am to 10pm. The location made it so we really didn't need to drive to many places, right in the shopping plaza was a brilliant idea! Breakfast on our last day we had at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good and the wait staff were very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Park 30 had excellent food/drink and service! The Room was comfortable. The pool/hot tub were great!

The workout room was closed in morning, no work out and more importantly my sleep was broken up by the equipment, outside our window.

Good location surrounded by many malls. Good ambience.

Breakfast is very minimal, not many options. Charged for buffet even though I asked for Alacarte.

It was clean! The little details like a night light in the bathroom was very nice. Everything was in working order

In room coffee machine was clogged and when I stepped out of the room to ask cleaning staff about it, she let me know that she would have it replaced. 5mins later I had a brand new un-boxed coffee machine outside my room door.
