It was adequate but not special. Nothing homemade. rather sparse, given the 150 plus I paid for the stay.

The night clerk was very nice, but the booking company on line checking did not work. So we had to check in again at 3 a.m. when we were exhausted! Had to go through the entire process again, though I was assured on line that all we needed to do was get the key at the desk. They had in fact cancelled our reservation because of the late hour!! Could not get through to the booking company that our flight in would be after midnight!! Not the night clerk's fault but he had to check with his supervisor. For this reason, I might not choose to stay there again, or book online, or recommend to others.

For the cost, I was very happy with the accommodations. The breakfast was all sugar, but I didn't expect it to be lavish, based on what we paid for our stay. The pet fee is a bit high, in my opinion, but that is not surprising at any hotel. We don't have children, and have a very small, hypo-allergenic, well trained therapy dog. In my opinion, babies and small children can be more destructive/louder than our pet and they aren't charged extra...Just a thought. haha

Maybe a protein option at breakfast (hard-boiled egg, or something simple).

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, very nice and accommodating staff. Perfect for our 4 night stay, as we just needed a place to call "home base" and get a good night's sleep, while visiting family in the area and spending time at Lk George.

It was fine for us, but some ppl may not like that there is no elevator, so stairs must be used if you're staying on the 2nd floor. Also, no coffee maker in the room, but coffee available near the front desk. No vending machines, but convenience store very close by.

I liked how clean the peoperty was. The staff was very friendly. I had to stay an extra night due to the weather and they offered me a discount. This was the best “budget” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was unbeatable and I expected the quality to reflect the price but it did not. The bed was very comfortable. The room is small but perfect for 1 person. There is body wash, shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower.

The tv was not a smart tv, but again for the price (approx $100/night) that wasn’t the end of the world. My room was next door to the main entrance so a bit loud but nothing crazy.

For the price it was perfect and above average. However I wasn't pleased that I couldn't watch what I wanted on TV and the remote was difficult to navigate. it was a little farther than I thought from the airport but it wasn't bad. However on a scale of 1 to 10 considering the location I give it an eight. It's not the hotels fault I guess but there is noise that you can hear from the highway the streets and even the airplanes. It was clean that was important. The bed was a tad bit old fashioned but again it was clean. It served its purpose for the night.

The breakfast was very basic. Coffee and tea available, yogurt, store bought packaged pastries and bananas. Simple, effective and appreciated. Parking was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted a decent place to stop on the road and that was what this was, except...

The room appeared to be clean but when I pulled the covers back to go to sleep in one of the two beds on our room, there was a long strand of hair right in the middle of the sheet covering the mattress. I want to believe that this wasn't because the sheets were unchanged.

Very clean facility and staff was very helpful when we checked in. The morning staff however didn’t seem interested in my concerns.

Our room was next to exit door #2 and when people went out they would slam the door for the door wouldn’t close completely. That made this door to not be locked during the day and night so anyone could walk in. I mentioned it to the morning desk person and she said “ ok thanks “. She made no attempt to let maintenance staff know. The toaster in the continental breakfast didn’t work well. The selection of food was limited (eggos, mini muffins, cereal, toast and yogurt) and coffee was warm.

As a snowbird, I was able to have my car shipped here. The location near the airport, and that they would allow my pet, were huge factors in my selection. Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly. Food delivery was perfect, Uber went well. Everything happened beautifully, it was a great experience. If I continue to ship my car, I can see this becoming a thing!

Baseboards in bathroom could use attention. Because I travel with a pet, a coffee pot in the room is always a bonus. Price was decent but it all adds up, so a break would help ease the choice of doing this again in the fall

The unit was clean, accommodations were great.

I thought I registered as 2 adults, 1 pet, but somehow my pet did not get registered. Since our dog stayed in the car with my husband while I checked in, the desk person was unaware that we had a dog, until I indicated it in my online checkout. I felt like the desk person was reprimanding me in front of several staff members. That just ruined the whole experience for me!

It was a good stay for me. I'm giving it 5 stars relative to the experience I was expecting. It's not a 5 star hotel with all the wild amenities, but it is a 5 star for a simple hotel with the necessities you need. Most of all it was clean and the check-in/Check-out was great. I wanted an affordable room, off the highway that was clean and provided a good sleep. Good pillows, good mattress, room was very clean and well stocked with what I needed. The location was convenient and close to food and right where I needed it on my route down from Canada.
