This was a nice hotel with all the normal amenities. The breakfast was nice and the dining area was really large. Room was a good size, not huge. It was really quiet during our stay, even though there were a lot of guests in the hotel. The price was great for the stay.

It was really fine, but a few things I did notice. There were a lot of stains on our carpet and a few small hairs in the bed. Our sink drain was really clogged. Also, the room was on the smaller size and seemed like the pictures were of a different room. Also, weirdly, the front door to the hotel during the middle of the day was locked. At one point we were locked out of the hotel...! These things are not bad or made us uncomfortable, but we did notice them.

Breakfast was delicious!! Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Pool was clean and perfect temp . Quiet relaxing. Good employee I met . Fitness room

The only thing I didn't like is they told me I didn't have to pay anything when I got to hotel but I did, $50 for deposit in case of damage. Also I had guest of 4 but bathroom was not set for 4 only 1 person. And only a couple of the employees were rude... And I wish they served some sort of lunch. But also vending machine was over priced and ice box machines were not working on my floor. I didn't have bedsheet set for my other guest and some coffee packets were not fresh and were damaged.

Always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful and the bed is very comfortable after a long day of moving.

The only complaint I have (only for this stay,all others have been excellent) was they were resealing their parking lot and had one row blocked to do so. Since they only have one entrance/exit, this made coming into and out of the parking lot to Route 9 very tricky as you had to play chicken with oncoming traffic. One vehicle would have to either back up to Route 9 or the other would have to reverse back into the parking lot to let the other pass. Bad planning and I wish we were informed of this before scheduling.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. They offered everything a larger or more expensive hotel would offer without all the fluff. Facilities were clean, including the pool. Wifi was free. Staff was great. Breakfast was included and had some well rounded options. I'm really picky about coffee and theirs was delicious. I appreciated the 24/7 refreshments in the lobby. I might be listing hotel basics but this place did everything right. A really nice stay overall.

Everything was great and I look forward to going back.

I don't like Booking. Com because they charge me twice for sa same reservation. I called soo many times costumer service and their answers were vague!! I was lucky because my bank reimbursed all my money but Booking. Com don't do anything! Same and be sure I'm not gonna make any reservation with you!

The location was very convenient for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building is old thus it is reflected in the interiors. Beds comfortable.

My family likes to use the gym wherever we stay and this was the first hotel that did not have basic free weights or mats for floor work. It would be great if they added these to cater to the gym people.

The breakfast was ok but i think there should of been more choice. For example there was only scrambled eggs and bacon. They had a variety of breads and cereal.

Most time i carry my toiletries but some how in packing i forgot to carry my toothpaste. I know most places the bathrooms always have a small one. When i got there they did not provide. When i went to the front desk the employee said they don't put them in the rooms, they are given on request. However there was non in stock. I had to do UBER grocery in order to obtain one since i did not drive to the location.

UPON ARRIVING I WAS GREATED RIGHT AWAY AND FELT WELCOME. ALL STAFF IS FRIENDLY. BREAKFEST WAS ALWAYS HOT. FRONT DESK WAS HELPFUL AND ALWAYS HAD THE RIGHT ANSWERS. THE POOL ROOM WAS WARM THE POOL WATER WAS NEVER COLD. HOUSEKEEPING WAS GREAT

NOTHING EVERYTHING FOR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WAS GREAT. WE HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT NEWS ABOUT OUR STAY.

Breakfast was good.

I asked the front desk for extra blankets since I had my family with me and the kids slept on the couch. I needed an extra blanket but hotel did not have any extra blankets. instead I got extra sheets. Attendant apologized but i was surprised that there were no extra blankets for me to have. otherwise the room was clean breakfast was good.

The breakfast options were nice. Unfortunately, breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, and a member of our group was running late so they got a quick packaged muffin

Breakfast time should extend just a little longer. Nobody wants to get up super early on a vacation! Also, though it isn’t the direct fault of the hotel staff, there was a flood in our bathroom late at night. Management asked if we wanted to move to a new room, but it was almost midnight so we declined
