Size of the room. The bed is super comfy. Nice big window. Location was great! Happy hour at the bar for food. The whole place is awesome, you can tell it was a sweet spot when it first opened, but it needs upkeep.

It really needs a deep cleaning and some things need to be fixed like the curtains. There was only 1 regular coffee when we checked in. The water getting cold/ being cold, they did tell us that they were doing maintenance, but we both took a cool shower prior to being informed. No one answered the phone when we tried to share the cold water situation.

Convenient location at a decent price, the room was much bigger than expected. It turned out to be a suite. We would have definitely appreciated it more if we were staying longer.

Some of the amenities in the room did not work. The whole reason we booked this room was for the two person spa tub so my husband could have a romantic get away. The tub did not work. Housekeeping also had some issues. The sinks weren’t completely wiped down. The toilet paper dispenser was broken and one of the curtains had wine stains all over it. There was also some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The vents to prevent this were also not working.

Overall satisfaction was great. Room was clean , quite & staff was polite and made sure I had everything I needed during my welcome stay included Extra towels if needed. Hallways was very clean ,smelled amazing. This is my favorite hotel to come to when I'm on vacation are just In the area with my spouse & business runs. Been here plenty of times & will always choose this hotel & location due to friendly staff & how clean they keep the place..

Didn't like that they don't have a microwave in the rooms, curtains rod hooks wasn't staying on the window properly it was very frustrating at first..

Room size & comfortability of the bed. Two dressers to fit your clothes and belongings what's a plus. closet decent size , very quiet but depending on if somebody's playing loud music in the parking lot. House keeping and staff was amazing , they always made sure you have enough towels and wash supplies Very polite and generous. Hallways are very clean & smell great !! 😃

Don't like that the microwave is downstairs, you have to keep continue to keep leaving your room to heat up your food. Bathroom tub could use a little bit of better cleaning around the edges of shower, could use a hand towel holder in the bathroom as well.

Front desk area looked amazing, rooms was good and decent. Space size of room was pretty big. Bathroom size decent, beds was comfortable and sheets was cleaned very well & very quite and peaceful ☺️.staff was polite and took care of my issued I had with my check in. Overall everything was great & spa bath was something special & amazing. Laundry room in the room was a must and it worked great , bathroom size had two sinks & a shoer ☺️

Bathroom shower drainer was clogged including sink. Small leak in the ceiling.Curtains rods was broken when I arrived, Had to switch to 2 different room during check In. During my suite's juice strains in the kicken area, lil bit food stains on the floor and wall area in the dinning room. Rugs smell like they needed to be shampooed including the sofa sectional bed on the living room.

The size of the rooms are very good, location safe and ideal for families. Quick check in

Smell of smoke within the hotel that lingered into our room, spoons for coffee cups, no drinks in vending machines.

The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. I was not expecting it. The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The bathroom did show a little wear and tear from time and use, but it was clean! I also liked that we could walk to a restaurant next door and their was a place to charge my car.

It looked like they have a restaurant in the hotel, but not sure when it is open and serving food.

It was a very nice hotel, pool, nice bar with live music and the room was much bigger than expected. Comfortable beds, its definitely an older hotel but well maintained plus lots of empty electric charge stations for our Tesla, although more expensive then usual chargers, it still was ok. Also other comments have put that a $200 deposit is required at check in but I was not charged anything extra when checking in. Maybe this has been removed?

Only spent one night there, can't complain.

No Eleavator working the whole time we were there. Breakfast was a few bagels in the corner of front entrance with a toaster and microwave and a tub of butter which was empty and was given a few butter packets and that's it. besides the coffee. We toaster our own bagels so worked for us but don't expect much more.

Clean comfortable room that was exactly what we needed and always get when we stay there.

toilet ran all day and night needs new guts to repair. Originally had no toilet paper but we picked up at front desk. very nice hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Furniture had marks and imperfections from a previous renter and needs attention but otherwise we love this place and will contiue to come back.
