The front desk allowed me to check in early. I thought the hotel was very clean. I was a little cold when I checked in. But it was fine when I turned on the heater.

No food/restaurant/bar The room, even with all of the lights on, was still rather dim. I needed to work later that evening, and found it difficult to see. even with the lamp's shades off, and moved closer to the coffee table. To work at the 'desk' was impossible. it was very dark.

Very clean spacious room and bathroom. Large countertop area in room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet heater. Excellent blackout shades. Nice quality continental breakfast for the price. (Cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and pastries from a local bakery) Front door is locked from 11pm to 5am with coded access only. Plenty of parking

Exterior hotel sign isn't lit at night and it shares a parking lot with a well signed elder care facility so it's a little challenging to see it at night.

The room was perfect for a short stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet but provided excellent access to everything that was needed.

The front desk hours could be longer. I am used to larger chains with full service 24 hours a day. The front desk closes at 9:30 PM. Normally this would not be an issue as keyed access is clearly defined. Unfortunately, my key had deactivated so I needed to call to get it reactivated.

The staff was friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Water pressure could have been better. There were people loitering in the parking lot late into the night and they were loud but I understand that the hotel staff may not have know or it was out of their control. But everything else was great so I didn’t feel the need to speak up about those set backs during my stay.

The price was affordable. Since I decided to stay another night the price was less. The breakfast was at 7:00 am, I had tea and a danish I'm not a big breakfast eater. I noticed juice, muffins, apple, yogurt, coffee. No eggs, sausage or bacon for anyone who desires that. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Was surprised the room didnt have a coffee machine or tea packets in the room. The second night, i could have used more soap etc. Was a bit surprised the front door would be locked in the night at 11:00 o'clock and morning, during the morning i took stuff to my car and left my phone in the room with the code to get back in and couldn't get back in because the front door is locked. But there was an intercom pad to get in anyway so i called the number and someone gave me the code. I understand the safety of the hotel has for the guest.

Cleanliness of the room. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Filters were dirty in the air unit. Coffee was nice to have in the morning. nice hot shower. towels were clean, but not enough soap.

staff would say only a few words. staff were not very welcoming upon arrival. the air filter int he unit when i turned the heater on blew out dust. I have extremely bad allergies, so I took the filters out and they were dirty. They were so dirty in fact that I had to take them out myself and run them under hot water and use a washcloth to make sure that they were clean enough to put back in the unit. I am writing this response to make sure it is actually being read my the right person who will make a change to this condition, especially during COVID 19!!!!!!! I hope to hear back from someone......WE SHALL SEE !!!!!!!

Room very nice and clean. Beds comfortable.

Shower curtain bar is very rusty on the underside (only see if you shower). Bath was very nice if not for this. Breakfast was so so. have had much better at other facilities, often at a lesser price. No non-carb options available.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel and room was very clean. Im used to staying in hotels in NYC, so by comparison, these rooms are very spacious. Nice size fridge and microwave.

Location is a bit far from downtown Schenectady.

We checked in late-after midnight and the process was a little confusing although we really appreciated it. Did not know you would send a text from an unknown person to start the process. I ignored it as junk

This a older hotel but we'll keep. The room was nicely done and bathroom looked to have been recently remodeled, but used more lighting in it. The carpets looked a little worn but are clean. The breakfast is nothing to fancy, the coffee is very good. It is quiet and a little of the interstate, but that not a bad thing. We will most definitely stay again.

The heater was noisy and the mattress sunk in the middle.
