Location was absolutely unbeatable! Room/bathroom was clean and very decent size. Staff was very nice. It was low season, so not much people there. Definitely enjoyed the buffet at breakfast; repetitive, but warm and tasty (eggs, bacon, fruits, pastries, juices, cereals etc.) The pool area is dated and small, but convenient. Outdoor seeting area is nice. Parking is free and very big. Some toileteries, souvenirs and food (snacks, beverages, frozen) available at the reception. Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks (only had breakfast). Soap/bodywash/shampoo available in the shower. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Small closet with hangers. TV with many channels. AC/heat system was great. Very confortable mattress and pillows. Very safe neighbourhood.

No safe in rooms (well in ours there was none). Pool area needs to be updated (only few chairs available, one table, odors, only 4 feet deep at max.), but the towels were very clean. There was a kids party when we arrived so it was crowded and impossible to enjoy. You can hear the church bells in the morning. Gym is small, but convenient if you really need it.

The location of the Hotel is excellent for couples/families that like to walk to destinations. The hotel is located right near the entrance to the park and on a main thoroughfare. Therefore you have the ability to choose between walking on the sidewalk of the main street, or walking through the park to get to many many restaurants, shops and bars. We also walked to the race track, although there is a free shuttle to the track as well.

Even though the room was clean, the fan for the A/C was pretty loud. We had a slight issue with the bathtub, but they resolved in in less than an hour.

With respect to GPS, confusing entrance. Front entrance on Broadway back entrance/exit off Circular Street. This is confusing to someone not from the area. But it worked!! Restaurant/Bar times could be a little more flexible. We were there to see a show at the SPAC; check-in time is 3:00pm ( they do allow early check-in) Show parking began at 5pm.Restaurant/Bar opens at 4:00pm but doesn't serve food until 5:00pm. This allows a very short window to get a meal before the show. We were able to find a restaurant nearby but this scenario is inconvenient when again you don't know the area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and the staff was so friendly and professional. The hotel bar was a great place to sit back and relax with a drink or some food to start our night off or to end it. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel. We met so many nice people while in Saratoga and at the hotel. The hotel is close to the track and within walking distance to all the restaurants/bars and shops on Broadway. We absolutely loved it! We cannot wait to go back!

Service at restaurant and front desk were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. The shuttle drivers were friendly and made it easy to get around. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked the refrig and microwave. I also requested a room near the elevator, and the front desk was kind enough to accommodate this request.

The remote on the TV was a little slow.

The room was clean, comfortable for two people, and located in a requested quiet area...very nice. Appreciated the availability of a mini refrigerator, and the "green" attitude of the hotel. Most notable...excellent staff members! Very friendly, helpful, patient--they were a pleasure to interact with.

Great location! The rooms were comfortable and had the basic necessities. The gym, shuttle, and attached restaurant/bar were also very good and convenient additions.

I some areas of the gym, there was accumulated dust and our bathroom had accumulated residue around handrails in the shower.

The location was great. Walked all over town and shuttle service was provided to SPAC and the racetrack. You were given the drivers number for return pick up to the hotel. Staff was very nice. Place very clean.

The bathrooms, in the rooms and in the public area, were very tight.

Room seemed a little humid/damp as towels and sheets felt slightly damp. Am not sure the humidity in the room was due to the unusual heat heat wave with high humidity hitting the northeast and it was the exception rather than the rule. Otherwise , the room was quick to cool by the air conditioner.

The shower was not good. Water sprayed everywhere but where it was supposed to. Other than that it was great. Didn't want to complain k owing it may have been to late to be fixed when it was noticed.
