The location is fantastic -- very close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. It's new-feeling and clean, and the staff are always very friendly and nice.

booking.com screwed things up. I reserved two rooms through booking.com *months* ago. This was for a college graduation and I was told that everything books up. When we got there, the Hampton only had seen one room reserved from booking. The manager scrambled and was able to get us a second room for all but one of the nights. He was so nice because the rate was going to be higher than when I reserved, but he did some things to bring it down a little bit. So, booking.com, be aware that you have some sort of bug in your software.

Location was great for the Convention Center.

Sadly, Fox news was blaring on two large screens and the place was full of LGBTQ folks. My husband and I both asked for the front desk to have someone turn it off, change the channel. Also no hot tub. We came to dance for the weekend and a hot tub really helps with sore muscles. When did they disappear? Staff was very nice but couldn't accommodate a needed change to due very bad weather. They had the space but decided after offering it, to not offer it to me. It was snowing hard and we didn't want out daughter, a violinist who had worked all weekend, to stay the night and not drive in the ice and snow.

I came up for a funeral. I needed to stay an extra night. Your hotel was booked but Mariah found me a room at the Hilton. After I checked in there I realized I had left my iPad charging in your lobby. I called and Mariah was at the front desk again, she had it and even offered to bring it by when her shift was over. There is service and there is service. This young woman gave me extra kind help at a very vulnerable time. I would most definitely stay at Hampton Suites at my next visit, purely because of the kindness of Mariah!

The room was spacious and clean. The location is amazing. Great restaurants just steps away and Broadway was just a couple of blocks. Even though there was a charge for parking it made things very convenient and worth the charge.

The breakfast is not great. If you have ever stayed at a Hampton Inn the breakfasts are all the same. I would prefer to pay a little less and have the option of no breakfast. Since this hotel is more upscale than their others I thought the breakfast would be also but I was wrong. Also our room was literally right next to the elevators. I asked if you could hear them in the room and was assured you couldn’t. I don’t know if I am an especially light sleeper but I could definitely hear the elevators.

closeness to the restaurant and the recommendation of the staff. we enjoyed the pool, the facility was also very clean. the room was large and plenty of space. overall great experience. the parking was not too expensive compared to other places i have stayed. also very near to police station which added a sense of security to walk outside at night.

maybe the trolly for baggage could be improved, it was old and hard to push. the blinders in my room (514) was not perfectly overlapping and could be adjusted to fit perfectly for people who need darkness to sleep. nevertheless nothing major.

Great location! Restaurants/bars right around the corner! Walking distance. Had a balcony on Lake Street. Perfect. Breakfast was great! parking very convenient. Very clean and staff very friendly.

The price is very high. It does not offer any shuttle service. The Gideon does and is cheaper. That's a biggie!!! For the price there wasn't even a box of tissues or an extra roll of toilet paper. We had to request those items and get them from the front desk. Also, no luggage carts available upon check in. They were left in the parking garage and staff did not retrieve them for us. All little things! But they add up

The location was top notch. Parking on premises for $15 was well worth it. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Excellent and abundant restaurants right in the area. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. We had a balcony which would have been wonderful if it wasn't January! We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area. Also, breakfast was good; not a very big selection but you will not leave hungry. Another bonus - they are dog friendly.

This is by far the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed in the last few years. We travel for sports frequently and enjoy the Hampton Inn for the free breakfast, fitness room, and reasonable price. This had all of that with a more upscale vibe and the most welcoming staff. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms comfortable, modern, and in great condition, the fitness center was well equipped and bright, and the breakfast was typical to Hampton Inn with all you need. The 24 hour coffee and tea is just the perfect icing on the cake. I loved the walking distance to town and was able to go for a nice run just outside the hotel door. Highly recommend.

There really was not much to critique other than the fruit selection at breakfast was slim this stay.

I was disappointed that breakfast was served on disposable paper and plastic plates and cutlery. It significantly diminished the quality of what was otherwise a great stay. Providing reusable tableware would be a simple and much more sustainable improvement for the guest experience. If this wont change in future, I will avoid staying there again!
