Right on Broadway! If you’ve been to downtown Saratoga, you’ve definitely seen this place, whether it’s been recently or when there used to be a Borders across the street. Clean, modern, cement floors = don’t have to worry about footsteps, some kind of fancy tap system (looks like beer taps) for tea, coffee, water, etc. in the common area, which also is a lounge. Very friendly staff! New A/C that worked so well, and decent space for storing and hanging your belongings.

It might have been a busy weekend, which might have affected the overall availability of hot water in the building, no clue how that works, but water pressure and temperature of the shower were a bit sad-face. But I got to take a shower, which considering the state of this world was something to be grateful for (serious).

wry convenient in the center of downtown

parking is a big problem. there is minimal on site parking and although located close the parking garage was very unsafe with many homeless people obviously living there.

The location is sublime - you are near everything and super central in Saratoga. The hotel itself is good - you have everything you need. Staff is helpful and provided assistance when it came to the luggage. Wifi is good and you have a lobby where you can sit with some desks and do some work if needed. The cleaning service was really good and the rooms were very clean.

There is no elevator so if you have a large suitcase, it might be a problem. There are sometimes noises from the main street but it is fine. It is a bit overpriced for what you get.

The bed was very comfortable. The AC in the room worked almost too well. The hotel has a great vibe and it made me relax. Your hotel is modest but sophisticated and also charming.The staff is very nice and also very competent and efficient. The location is great for enjoying Saratoga. And right next door to Seneca!

I like that you have coffee available in the morning. But it was not nearly hot enough. That has to be fixed. The water pressure in the room is too low. The shower pressure is not very good. The bathroom amenities were very nice and abundant.

I really loved the coffee bar. The coffee was superb. I also love the location (great location and lots of great places to eat). The toiletries the room provided were eco-friendly and the quality was excellent (didn’t dry out my hair).

I did not like the parking. parking nearby was very limited and the parking garage you technically can park in (in the evening and earlier morning only due to time limits within certain hours) was in a sketchy area with lots of homeless people and dark allies. My husband dropped me off in the lobby with our things because he didnt feel safe walking the street with me and our belongings. Also, the toilet paper hook thing was in a very awkward place when sitting down (practically behind the toilet bowl) so youd have to turn your body back to reach it.

Hotel was in a great location in the heart of downtown Saratoga. Easy walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a really cool vibe.

Really only two complaints. First is that the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Made it very difficult to take a shower. Second was that there was a gap under the door that allowed a lot of sound come into the room.

Perfect location. Had assistance in getting luggage to my room. Room was all I needed. Room however, technically, can sleep 4. No way could 4 adults survive here if they want more than a bed and bath. 2 wash clothes kinda give one a clue. Beds take up over 1/2 of room.

A chair, any chair. Wasn't even lucky enough to have a chair on the 'balcony'. Lots of dead space between bed wall and 'hall' where inside and outside doors are. Lighting to read at night. Lighting in bathroom for makeup. Thank heavens, I brought my own makeup light. Had no idea coffee was available until I read some reviews. Yes, parking is available sometimes. Came back at 8 pm and had to get creative to make a parking spot. Plan to not move car once it is parked! Under bonus question, you need a 'sort of' choice. Don't know why Saratoga allows homeless to camp in the same spot day after day. Same person in front of motel all three days I was there. I understand other parking is creepy at night for this reason.

- All the staff were extra nice and helpful. - The room was nice and spacious. - The bed was comfy. - The walls are quite thin, BUT as a female solo traveler, I found a weird comfort in knowing that there were others around. - The location is ace.

- They didn't have plain hot water taps (only hot tea/coffee), or at least.. not that I'm aware of. - The shower pressure is on the weak side.

Location was excellent, couldnt be better. Access to coffee, tea, and water was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the first night we were there, and nothing could be done about it until the next day. The room was a bit small too, but overall very sufficient. Later in the week there was a water mail break- not their fault- and they gave us bottled water and a jug of water- very helpful!

Bigger room, more hangers to hang clothing. Homeless outside of building, and in parking garage area, but I guess that’s everywhere.

Atrium and common spaces were really nice. It was really cool to see a modern take on the motor lodge. Having a dedicated parking lot with no parking fee was great. Saved us over other similarly located hotels in downtown that we have stayed at previously that required parking at a garage or valet. The location is tough to beat. Right in downtown, in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to lunch/dinner/breakfast, lots of excellent places to eat within a short walking radius. We were in town for an event at SPAC and it is close enough to walk if needed (~2 miles). It saved us some aggravation that would have come with parking at SPAC or doing a ride share for a sold out event. The room was very clean well furnished/decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was small, but nicely equipped.

We didn’t have hot water for about an hour after checkin. But then it started working before we could go to resolve with the front desk, so it did not negatively effect the overall experience.
