We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our vacation in Saratoga Springs. Our room was incredibly comfortable — we were lucky to get a corner room on the top floor, and the view through the huge window was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and everything delicious. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They even let us check in early and gave us a late check-out for free, which made our stay even more relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Saratoga Springs! Nothing We only stayed for two nights — we should’ve booked a longer stay. Everything else was perfect.

Best breakfast in the world! There was even whipped cream with French Toast! Everything else from custom ordered omelets, scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, sausages, bacon, many types of bread and muffins, cereals, potatoes, etc. Also, there were my favorite fruit slice candies that were included in the evening snacks. We requested a quiet room and got a room at the end of the hall which was very quiet. Excellent. The hotel is a short walk to a very beautiful park with mineral water springs fountains and also a short walk to the main street, Broadway, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The beautiful Yaddo Park and Garden (full of fantastic flowers), the horse racetrack, and well-stocked supermarkets, are all a short drive away. There was plenty parking, never a problem. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and weightlifting gym were adequate for my needs. It was Heaven and Paradise!

I didn't like that I had to leave, I wanted to stay forever.

Every staff member was a pleasure to encounter and address any of our needs. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our first assigned room was overlooking a large dumpster in the back of the building, so we asked for a change for a room with a front view, and it was quickly addressed. The free breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the welcome drinks were a nice touch to begin our stay.

The bed was very firm (8/10) and uncomfortable for our taste and needs. The music being played in the hallways was too loud for the setting and should be adjusted to a lower volume as well as the type being played.

Close to where we needed to go. Wonderful breakfast and hostess at the breakfast, Amber, was professional, courteous and friendly. Really enjoyed meeting her.

Front desk staff at check in didn’t greet me. I had to stand in front of them while they conversed before they acknowledged me. I was charged twice at check out even though I had prepaid the property. So now I have to wait 2 business days before I can get refunded. The person I spoke with didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

Location location location. Walking distance to downtown. Great beds. Clean room. Nice staff. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast.

The worst hotel/motel shower in years. Terrible water pressure at all hours of the day, morning noon and night. Imagine water just past dribbling from the shower head. Couldn't wash my hair properly, let alone rinse off soap from my legs. With water pressure this low, they should change the shower heads to Speakman or another low-pressure option. I didn't call for maintenance, because what can they do about water pressure. Faucets were similarly affected.

A nice reception is included every evening, with beer/wine and freshly cut veggies and chips. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly.

Webpage says gym is 24hours, instead it's open 6am to 11 pm only and both treadmills need service. Breakfast lacks healthy options (veggies, low carb). The e-standby update felt like a scam, as I did not get it, and no one communicated about it. It's hard to get a coffee at the hotel outside breakfast hours.

Very centrally located to most of Saratoga’s attractions. Very clean. Staff very accommodating and pleasant.

We were surprised that there was no courtesy van around town and to the racetrack. We traveled up via Amtrak, and while we don’t mind walking, some places are just not easily accessible, like the casino. It is something that most other hotels have for their guests and truthfully might cause us to look elsewhere next time we book. Also the hotel seems to book many business events and it was always difficult to find a seat for breakfast until those events began.

This hotel way exceeded my expectations! Super centrally located so almost all the key spots (restaurants, bars, Congress Park) are within walking distance. But there's also a big parking lot to park your car as well. The rooms were huge, clean, bed was really comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of options. They even handed out free drink coupons in the evening and had a little free snack bar with chips, veggie & dip, and nuts. Such a great value for the price!

Absolutely NOTHING!

Location was excellent. The complimentary evening cocktails and snacks were great, as was the breakfast offerings.

The price? The refrigerator was really a freezer!

The room was huge and very comfortable. Fridge was very useful. Access into the hotel with luggage was very easy and parking was close by. Luggage carts were plentiful. We enjoyed the happy hour drink and snack. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the table cleared regularly. CVS across the parking lot and terrific liquor store next door! All in all an excellent choice for a one-night stopover.

It's a little further from the town centre than where we stayed on a previous visit, but less important given all the positives.
