We loved the comfort of the home. The breakfast was amazing and the room was everything we wanted. I loved the jet tub. The pictures they post are not at all deceiving. It's the perfect place. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here. It was lovely. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comforting, clean and friendly environment.

The only thing that we disliked was the parking, which obviously there's nothing that can be done about that because of the property.

Springwater was exceptional all the way around. The breakfasts were not only very good, but the way they were served was great. Our room was lovely with great closet space and all the amenities you could ask for. Parking was adequate and convenient. Excellent location for us because we had a dinner at the museum a few steps away, and a little surprise extra was the lovely little tavern adjoining it.

The Springwater is a unique B&B in that it was built expressly to function as a B&B, hence the rooms are spacious and offer a high degree of quiet and privacy. Our room also had a private balcony which offered a nice view over the neighborhood and allowed us to catch the afternoon sun. A nice selection of delicious breakfast was offered each morning in the dining room, with options from a full cooked breakfast to "healthy" choices, and a 'special' menu item leading each day. The location is a few blocks east of downtown, near the horse tracks. It was a nice 15 minute walk through neighborhood streets to get to Broadway (or directly along Union to get to Congress Park), and in the other direction the track is just minutes away.

Being a newer building, the Springwater lacks the character or quaintness that an older B&B might have. The experience is more like that of a boutique hotel than a B&B. However in my opinion this is made up for by the quality of the rooms as noted earlier.

Well situated, room nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious! The location was good. Staff was friendly.

I am a photographer- rooms should not be presented after being shot with a wide angel lens- it is just dishonest and misleading. As you well know- rooms shot that way look much bigger than they are in actuality. Our room- the Adirondack- was a little too too noisy-being next to the staircase.

Stayed in the Cottage Room. It and the adjoining bathroom were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Check in was easy. Breakfast was excellent and made even better by the resident dogs who came over for pets while we waited for our food.

Parking was tricky, especially on Saturday night when the bar downstairs was open. There were also a lot of steps going up to the room.

We loved our stay in The Springwater, location was easy to find and was close to everywhere. Inside was carefully designed. Room we stayed was super clean and well-organized. Breakfast was delicious, and thanks to everyone who works there for making our anniversary even more special. We would definitely stay here again.

The location, across the road from Saratoga Race Course. Breakfast is awesome. Their signature scent in bath items. Friendly, helpful staff.

No in room microwave or coffee maker. I need to go to the lobby for hot water for tea.

Great location with accessibility to many attractions. Absolutely loved the breakfast and it's home cooked food. The room was clean, had everything we needed and an amazing comfortable bed. We also can't say enough about the friendly and welcoming staff and owners.

we loved the little balcony! the staff was very accommodating and friendly. the breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend Springwater Bed and Breakfast and will go back again.

Very good location, short drive to Saratoga Hilton and other locations in Saratoga. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom, nice eating area and the food was phenomenal!
