Comfortable, lovely outdoor sitting space, quiet, clean. Housekeeper was nice/pleasant. Stayed four nights in total.

No front desk or staff on site - all communication through app. Lack of coffee machine and complimentary coffee. For purchase items were too pricey. Lack of microwave - nothing was open nearby so had to order in. Dealbreaker for our next visit. We also stayed at The Hotel Saratoga mid trip and the facilities and amenities were far superior (pool, laundry on site, an actual front desk) for $15 less per night. WITH a fantastic free breakfast. Would have canceled last day at Brentwood if it wasn’t non refundable.

Honesty. I left my sunglasses there. I texted and they were honest and I’m getting them back. I woke up in the morning and heard the sound of hooves. It was the thoroughbreds that were done training walking down the road back to their stable. How cool was that. I walked to the track. Thru let me keep my car there so no paying for parking. You are literally at the racetrack when you stay there. Loved it. It is an older room with a lot of history being next to the racetrack. I heard no noise at night. Shower was updated. Everything clean.

Great location next to the racetrack. Clean bathroom and bed. Very nice for a one night stay. No closet or extra room to store luggage if staying for more than a day or two. I would stay at the Brentwood again.

The booking process. I received a quote for less but when I went back on it charged my about $15 more. I emailed and asked for the amount to be refunded and didn't hear back. had to take the room because my daughter had an event in town. The place itself was good.

5 stars. Exceeded all my expectations in every category. We wanted a simple, non fuss, convenient place to stay for a night. Location is 10/10. The horseshoe inn across the street is excellent for drinks/food. Walking distance to the track and casino. I usually don't write reviews but I can tell you... this is my new favorite place. I thought it was too good to be true when I booked it but it isn't!! Thank you for the outstanding stay! We can't wait to visit again!

Room was great! the location was close to where our friends lived. We would stay again.

We were a little disappointed that no staff was availble to check in. The site we needed to use to help us was not availble to assist. We were so glad a couple having a glass of wine outside helped us with passcode. Wanted very much to enjoy the bar which was closed and hopefully during summer months it will be open.

near our destination, the race track, within walking distance; convenient to downtown, perfect for parking, loved the permission to park till later in the checkout day. very responsive staff on phone messages

I don't like foam mattresses that much. they tend to either bulge or sink in the middle. the room was very nicely redecorated, though, and efficient.

The proximity to the race track and the Saratoga hotel and Casino. If you wake up early the race horses walk right past your rooms. There is an amazing restaurant directly across the street with live music and great food all day from breakfast to dinner!

No microwave but other than that the mini fridge was cold and the A C worked great!

I took my watch off in the shower put it on the shelf. Forgot about it until I was half way Home called. Many times. Finally got through stated I left watch in shower on shelf. The response was it wasn't there. Not sure that was the case. Not happy.

The rooms are right next to the training track. Get up early (yes like 4:30 am) and you're surrounded by horses and riders. If you love horses (and why else are you here?) this is a great location. The room is old-school - think 1950's - but super clean and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again.

Brentwood staff was great - we did mot stay here - we were delayed by a day and the Hotel was full for our new night. I had to cancel after the refund deadline - Brentwood very kindly refunded my $$ anyway - most appreciated. Will surely stay there when we are back in the area and will tell others of our good experience with staff and refund. Big thanks to them

We booked through a web site - like expedia, hotels,com - it was a little confusing dealing with both and figuring out who was who. It came out alright in the end, but it was a confusing path.......
