I truly enjoyed the dining area/sitting area on the first floor. I felt taken back in time and comfortable sitting and reading . I appreciated the staff making their best effort to figure out the fireplace ( the pilot was turned off for the season but the effort was appreciated ☺️). The room itself was soothing and relaxing, the beds make you not ever want to get up again lol they flood you with comfy pillows best experience ever. I could write a novel on how rested and great I felt after leaving . The breakfast is all made from scratch and oh so heavenly ! I had these powered mini scones (Yes I returned for seconds on those) . It's location is also perfect walking distance for food , drinks or just a leisurely stroll around town.
There wasn't much I didn't like besides I wish I was told during the reservation process that breakfast is an additional $10. It would have just helped to budget a bit easier. The first floor hallway is a little dim so at night you do have to watch your steps a bit coming down the hallway that you don't catch on the carpet.

The location was within 2 miles to SPAC which is where we were going to see a concert. The hotel was also within walking distance to a beautiful park with multiple fountains, friendly ducks and plenty of benches to enjoy the weather. It was also super close to several really great restaurants and shops
Not much didn't meet our expectations, i really have no negative or criticism for our stay.

I only stayed one night but spoke to two very friendly employees at the front desk. My friend and I thought the beds were extremely comfortable.
Bathroom floor didn’t look clean at the perimeter but it could have been discoloration of the tiles. I noticed wallpaper peeling in a few spots. The price of the room was high - the weekend of the Jazz fest. That’s to be expected but it pretty costly.

Comfortable stay in Saratoga. Centrally located and a short walk to shopping and Congress Park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best feature is undoubtedly the restaurant. A must for dinner when staying here. Only con I saw is the hotel, while clean could use a refresh. Some of the rugs and wallpaper is worn and probably should be replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay and would recommend.

Lovely, Old World charm, very nicely appointed. Desk staff were attentive.
Restaurant hostess was - unusual - rather a “Battle axe” & abrupt with the wait staff & then creepily animated with the guests. The wait staff was training someone, but it was at our expense while she instructed her trainee. Very odd restaurant staff for this kind of nice hotel.

The staff was amazing. Love the flavored water and coffee station in the lobby and the parting gift of fudge. Staff in the kitchen was very accommodating for a vegetarian diet in the breakfast buffet. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to everything. The building has great charm. It needs a bit of upgrading but overall it felt comfortable and so friendly and a was unique experience to be in such a historic Inn that feels very well loved.

The staff and the location was great!
The property is old, which is charming but it only had small window a/c units in the rooms. The first room we stayed in was hot, the unit could not keep it cool. But the staff was great and we switched to another room with a larger a/c unit for the rest of our stay.

The rooms are adorable. The live music was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Do not judge a book by it's cover, this hotel is amazing!
The kitchen closed right as we were getting back. 9pm is a little early to stop serving food, but it was during the week. The rooms are a little bright for sleeping, but not terrible.

The staff was wonderful very Helpful and accommodating.(Early check in and late check out)Coffee in the lobby(good coffee) Bar that was open every day from 4-10. Location was excellent
It wasn't too clean. It is very old though, and had a lot of charm. You could appreciate it's history but needs to be updated.

When we arrived, the room was not ready yet, but they also upgraded us to the cottage area because they were pretty sold out which was really nice of them. It was a great. Even though the room was not ready yet, they were able to accommodate me to get ready for a wedding we what had to be at. The girls at the front desk really went out of their way to help us. The breakfast is really great.
The pillows are horrendous. They were so bad I couldn’t sleep and I ended up having to switch to one of the ornamental pillows that are used for decoration.
