Everything was perfect! Each and every staff member we encountered were smiling and welcoming. We lost something in the casino and the security staff went responded promptly and professionally. You cannot find a more varied environment for whatever your taste is . The hotel shuttle service was impressive and allowed is to explore Saratoga downtown which is unbelievable! Cannot wait to come back!

Party under the Pavilion was fun but the limited drink options; limited servers did put a damper on a beautiful setting and great music. There was only one waitress and she worked so hard to get everything for everyone. Impossible though- she needed at least another server with her.

Really, great price ON GREAT ROOMS off season, the two food venues were both just not ready for prime time. The casual bar/pub in the casino left me sitting for 20 minutes with out coming to take my order while I watched them clean and stock the bar with 4 or 5 staff they ignored me until I got up went to the bar paid for my beer and left. I went to Mortons, was seated ordered and had a good meal, but my order for coffee and dessert was a disaster... the coffee was cold and spilled all over the saucer. The cup logo said LAVAZZA. If it was Lavazza, I'll eat my hat. Although I've never had tepid Lavazza, so who knows. The dessert creme Brulee never made it. Good server, but clearly a breakdown in how staff was organized so the server really didn't know what was or was not delivered and didn't follow up. Dissapointing.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is excellent—just outside downtown Saratoga, offering both convenience and a peaceful setting. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the vast free parking and the easy access to the pool and gym. A highlight of our stay was the wonderful steakhouse for dinner—absolutely top-notch!

One area for improvement would be the breakfast options. While the market is convenient, we would have appreciated a broader selection to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel has a gorgeous lobby! Our room was spotless, spacious, and nicely furnished with two queen beds and a refrigerator. The bathroom was also large, with clean, contemporary fixtures and good lighting. We used and appreciated the free shuttle service one evening for dinner downtown. The parking lot is huge and parking is free. This hotel was a good choice even though we weren't at all interested the casino. Fortunately, the casino wasn't a distraction since it's separated from the hotel side of the complex. A very comfortable and welcoming stay!

We liked everything, but a microwave in the room would have been welcome.

Very comfortable with a perfect location near the Saratoga track and short ride to downtown shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with fridge and coffee service. Plenty of parking with a great plus- shuttle service to major sites. Hotel also offered a convenient vending area for snacks and drinks. Loved that we could see steeple chase horse workouts from our window.

That Morton’s restaurant and lobby bar was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also disappointed that there was no service other than from vending machines. For a hotel-casino of this size that was disappointing. Lack of table games in the casino Along with limited room service also was a surprise for a resort of this size.

There seems to be some miscommunication with the complementary shuttle. The front desk said to contact him ten minutes before you're ready to leave. So we did and he said not to contact him until you're waiting outside. Then when we contacted him when we got outside, he said, oh I just left, I told everyone to get down packed up and ready to go. I don't know who 'everyone' was, but it wasn't us.

The grounds were stunning! The hotel was super clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. EVERY staff member greeted us and were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the concert they provided was an added bonus; we will never forget our driver, Art! Relaxing with our morning coffee while watching the horses is something we'll never forget. I'm already booking several dates into the future!!!

The pool, hot tub, and outside veranda with the fire tables weren't open when we got back from the concert at SPAC (11pm). It would've been nice to relax outside on such a beautiful summer night.

Park the car and stay without driving around. Morton’s Steakhouse is great. Ask to sit in Kelly’s station. Casino is fun. Hotel room was large and clean

Considering that hotel is an AAA level four, there are minimal conveniences in bathroom. There are pumps of hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash but there is no body lotion, cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. Our room was by a roof with some kind of noisy machinery that was annoying at times. Live and learn. Next time I will know what to request.

Everything from start to finish was perfect! We came up for my daughters graduation at SUNY Albany. I had booked a room and asked for a room next to elevator due to mobility issues. Upon arrival, I was told by Darlene at the front desk we were upgraded to a certain suite that was closer to the elevator. Little did she know it was the same suite i had stayed in last time with my boyfriend who had sadly passed away. So it was such a pleasant surprise and a sign from him I feel. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. Darlene took pics of my mom, daughter and I the next day before leaving for graduation. We felt like family by the time we left. I've stayed here a few times. Rooms are gorgeous, hotel in general is, Morton's steakhouse is top notch and I recommend also! Thank you for making our stay so special!

It was in a good location, near the town and casino. Looking out our window we could see the jockeys exercising the horses around the property.

Wish they had a breakfast room and offered brochures advertising places to eat in town. Also, there was a coffee maker in the room but the supply of coffee and bath towels weren't always replenished. We had to call the main desk to get both.
