The location is convenient to the race track, downtown, the state park , bike trails or everything ! Anne’s Inn is blessed with a wraparound porch where we sat and watched with our coffee “the world go by.” Joe Bokan the owner and innkeeper made us feel like we were members of his family. His enthusiasm, warmth and kindness was in stark contrast to most sterile hotels. We look forward to our return.

Clean comfortable room. Staff was amazing and attentive. continental breakfast was good and fresh and constantly replenished. Location OK but not really walkable. Grounds were beautiful with grassy areas to sit and nice porch area. Ice always available, wine glasses, free mug:)

No blowdryer in bathroom. No shelving whatsoever in bathroom so nowhere to put anything as sink area is small. Shower knobs took a bit to figure out.

The inn was beautiful. The owner was great. Very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our main point of travel was to go to a concert. Which the inn was very close to the venue, just a short walk through the park. I will stay here again, for sure!!

Honestly, it's really hard to find something not to like about this property. The only thing I would suggest is that a small tabletop size dehumidifier be placed in the bathroom.

The breakfast was fantastic. I Guess i didn’t realize we were a good mile from the shops and most restaurants, although there were some good options for food near us.

We didn’t encounter other guests. I was under the impression that they were fully booked, but it felt deserted. Distance to “happening” part of town was a bit far for us, but in our younger years would have been just fine.

Everything was great. Joe and the family were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The free Breakfast was adequate and even had English tea which is essential for us UK travellers!

A world of its own. You step into a quiet oasis away from the hustle of your day to day. Plenty of room to walk the grounds. Plenty of spots to sit and reflect. A front porch that invites you leave the world behind.

Room was a little cramped. You get used to it. Not a reason to avoid the property

The house itself is nice and extremely well located, right next to the state park and walking distance from downtown. The common areas are cute. The owner was very friendly.

The room itself was minuscule and furnished simply. Our bathroom had no separate shower space, just a curtain between the shower and toilet. The breakfast was basically store bought stuff with homemade oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Seemed expensive for what it was, but the whole town is pricey.

The place is spotless. The owner Joe is very accommodating. He takes off anything you need. Nice place to stay in Saratoga. Breakfast included. I will be staying there again.

Next time I will book one of the larger rooms. Zero complaints from me or my wife.

The breakfast was in a comfortable beautiful dining area with many food options and the lovely front porch was also available for enjoying breakfast.

I wish there was a way to leave an electronic tip for the housekeepers as we usually do not carry cash.

Great location, close proximity to downtown but quiet and private setting. Friendly staff. Good breakfast provided. An addition of season fruits (berries, watermelon, melons) would be a plus.
