This hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, but close enough to walk to if it's a beautiful day. The gentleman at the front desk when we first got there, was just the nicest man, He was so very present, and knowledgeable about this hotel and its location. All of the staff was very pleasant. I absolutely loved the patio on the side with the fire pits. The pool is huge which is so awesome and I love that the pool is open until 11:00 at night. We had a room with two double beds. The beds were so damn comfortable. You wouldn't believe it. The linens were so fresh and clean. The bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. Having a mini fridge and the microwave was essential for me as I was traveling through town. Pricing was a little bit heavy, but I was there over a holiday weekend so that's understandable. But love this place nonetheless. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit.

I can't think of one solitaire thing that I didn't like about this hotel or it's location.

Convenient location.

The front desk girl said I’m room was cleaned but hadn’t been inspected yet. It was 2 o’clock & we needed to get ready for a wedding. I asked her if she could give us another room that was ready. It wasn’t till I asked for a manager that she decided to give us a different room. Her name was Madison & she had a bad attitude. Set the tone for our whole stay bring greater by a not so nice front desk person.

Ideally located. Clean and modern with decent amount of parking facilities. Most staff are helpful.

Very thinly staffed. For example we could not find a luggage trolley. All the front desk staff could say was there are three trolleys but they may be in any of the floors. We had to go and look for one.

I came in late from a concert the sundry shop did not have milk for my cookies cookies and the night desk person went to the kitchen and gave me an ice cold cup of milk you know it’s the little things that make a stay perfect I have stayed at many Hilton properties and it’s the people that make them shine

The property was very nice inside and out. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had dinner there and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and my grandson and his friend ask to see the cook so they could tell how delicious their food was. I will definitely be staying there again!!

There were no clean towels left in the room on our second day, and the bed was not made. I didn’t care about the bed, but I did care about the towels. When I called the front desk she said I could come to the front desk to get the towels!

Located at the edge of the city, quiet but just close enough to go out for dinner or visit the city.

There are two Hilton Hotels in this town, which makes it easy to mix them up when you enter the city for the first time

The room was clean and overall, very comfy after a long day of hiking and walking the town! The location was great… a little further down Broadway, but it makes up for it by being SUPER close to the state park.

The pool water was cold. Yes, it was October when we visited, but we had considered jumping in the indoor pool. The water was cold, so we didn’t end up doing so. Not sure if it’s supposed to be heated, but it certainly didn’t feel like it should’ve! Also bummed out there was no hot tub/jacuzzi.

My room was nice and clean, no issue. The only issue that I had with the hotel was that no where on your site did it state that you were under construction. I had another person verify that I was correct. Two days before I was to come I received an email concerning the construction. This was not acceptable because I do use the gym which was not available. You need to let your travelers know about this issue before they make a reservation. Thank you
