Plenty of parking, lovely reception staff, huge bedroom with large bathroom and wonderful shower. Quiet despite us being on the highway side of the hotel. Great location for the historic Scholarie, Middleburgh and the amazing Iroquois Museum.

The breakfast. I'd have given this hotel a 10 except for the poor breakfast. It was ultra-processed so bring your own if you want a healthy, fresh start to your day.

the location, the pool table, the breakfast, my room being on the ground floor was very comfortable for us.Very close to the point we went to visit.

We were quite upset because we had requested connecting rooms and the girl gave us keys to separate rooms, which was quite inconvenient as we wanted to stay together during our stay.

The location and town were convenient. The breakfast was fine for a relatively inexpensive hotel. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

Everything was fine: The staff was friendly. It was clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Recycling bin was provided. The motel is right off the highway. There are some nice food options around (two minute drive).

Extended breakfast hours would be greatly appreciated. Breakfast was only until 9am, which my family can’t make when on vacation. Sustainability of toiletries could be improved by moving from small bottles to big refillable containers.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Coffee all day was very welcome

Dated worn out bed linens and musty smell to carpet.

Location is right on the Main Street. Very easy to get to restaurants and Howe Cavernsand Secret Caverns ( only minutes away by car)x Room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable.

Surprised to find no elevator on the property so had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs. Our room had two tiny garbage cans that were not at all sufficient for an adult and two kids. Motel listed a free breakfast but honestly I didn’t see anything out. Maybe there were packaged foods in a cooler? We just ended up going across the street to Dunkin Donuts.

The staff, location, the free breakfast and air conditioner were great.

Found the room to be dirty especially the table between the beds was not wiped down as well as the sink was extremely clogged.

I did not have anything but tea, so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate.

I could have used an extra blanket on the bed. One bedside lamp did not work.

I loved how clean it was. But I fell in love with the bed and pillows. Best sleep I have had in awhile.

I can’t think of anything that could be improved except, use local bakery fresh products for breakfast instead of store bought. It helps the local businesses and tastes better

A very nice motel for the night with very friendly and helpful staff. Basic but perfectly good continental breakfast. Room a little musty and floor could have been a little cleaner but overall a great choice for a short stop.
