The best part was to meet a wonderful KAYLA - young lady who I first noticed in breakfast area. She paid attention to details and made sure that there is enough food/drinks for the people who were in the breakfast space. She cleaned even little drops of coffy on the counter and she did all of that with a wonderful attitue. Later I saw her at the reception desk and have found out that it was her main job. This young lady is SUPERB employee who needs to be recognised. It is so rare today to see somebody of her generation to actually enjoys her job and does it with zeal. Please reward her and make sure that she is treated well. KAYLA - THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU! Keep being YOU!

The room was spotless. Checking in and out was a snap, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great.

The breakfast was what one might expect at a budget hotel. Doughy bagels, chemical-tasting wrapped pastries on Friday morning; rubbery "scrambled" eggs, hard, cubic home fries and edible sausages on Saturday morning. Coffee was good, as was the orange juice, but all other juices were very watery. Pancakes were available, but we did not get them. Breakfast area was very clean. The mini refrigerator in our room was set to the coldest temperature, so our soda froze solid. I guess I should have checked the temperature before using it.

The location was excellent. We rode in on bicycles from the Erie Canal Trail and the hotel was only about 1/4 mile from the trail. Breakfast was very good, and it started at 6:00, which gave us a good start for the next day. We were allowed to keep our bicycles in a vacant meeting room. The room had nice accommodations: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, Heat & AC, and was very clean. I liked (and used) the decaf coffee available in the lobby.

The blankets were not long enough to cover my shoulders. The beds were firm, which I like, but for some reason I had trouble getting comfortable.

The cleanliness of the property was very good outstanding. The staff was very helpful especially Lisa so she helped me check in and then the next night. I wanted to get something from the little market behind the register. She help me with that too.

There’s nothing I disliked about this property. It was real good. I even like the breakfast. I like the fact that they had eggs, potatoes and sausage. Some hotels you visit they don’t even have that anymore.

The breakfast was bare bones but it was enough. There was yogurt, oatmeal, some fruit and a selection of breads. They also had eggs and sausage. I appreciated that they wrapped the bread and fruit in individual servings so that it was very sanitary. Our room was super clean and check in and check out was really easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly but professional and quite helpful. Cleanliness was top-notch. It was also very quiet, perhaps as it is a bit away from any busy traffic.

For some reason, the room felt faintly humid. It was a very hot and humid day though.

Honestly, this was possibly the best motel I've every stayed in. Everything was just perfect. First, the check in person, Lisa, was so warm and knowledgeable. They had Electric Vehicle charging in the parking lot! The whole place was pristine! The breakfast was terrific! They had every convenience, and a wonderful staff!

Super friendly, everything was so clean, and breakfast was great. We heart you all.

No, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property except for the flat tire that made us need to stay there in the first place. The warmth of your staff and comfort of the room turned a trying night pleasant. Thank you

We came up and stayed for a concert at spac so we were really only at the hotel for sleeping. Staff was great, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but nice and clean. Would stay again if in the area.

The pillows....that's at most hotels though.
