It was a beautiful room in the middle of everything. I could walk everywhere. The room was on the small side but everything is pretty tight up there. Not unlike Key West. I could justify/understand the limitations they are working with and it wasn't anything to be upset about. I didn't have a fridge or microwave. The problem is where would they put it? I loved everything about my stay and the trip in general. It is a beautiful village and the locals are warm and welcoming. For context my background is physical labor and running tattoo shops. I look like a junkyard dog. It really didn't seem to bother any of them which is not my experience when traveling. Some places I really just piss a lot of people off being there.

Ok so my door stuck. That's the worst thing I can say and it wasn't even that bad. I just felt bad for the people on either side of me as I keep odd hours on vacation. Closing the local bar and taking walks late night/ early morning. I was able to come up with a way to close it gently after 9 it just took some doing. At the end of the day it's really isn't even worth complaining about.

No elevator and no breakfast. Located right in the town so everything is walkable. Friendly staff. Tiny bathroom and I had to remove a bulb that was blinking. It’s very good, yet not high end.

Can’t change the structure of the rooms and can’t add an elevator. It’s comfortable if you’re flexible and not looking for a traditional hotel experience. Can’t beat the location.

I had wanted to come to Cooperstown and experience the baseball Hall of Fame since I was a kid. I wanted to stay somewhere in the center of town so that I could walk to the hall and enjoy the benefits of the incredibly charming downtown of Cooperstown. When I checked in, I had no idea I was literally next-door to the hall! What a treasure, after a long day at the hall, I was able to go out to dinner and walk to wonderful places to eat. Have a few cocktails without having to drive and walk back to my room. I would love to come again.

Location, location, location! Staying at the Baseball Town Motel is right in the heart of town - close to everything you want to do in Cooperstown. I parked the truck Friday and didn’t start it again until we left on Sunday morning. Also, having stayed at other hotels in town with very small parking lots that were difficult to navigate with a truck, really appreciated the extra space at the Baseball Town Motel.

Thin doors and walls made it seem like we shared a room with our neighbors. They weren’t intentionally loud, but we could hear everything going on in their room. It was a minor inconvenience.

Located so close to Baseball Hall of Fame. Great rooms and parking free and in the back . There are stairs since all the rooms are on the second and third floor. We have been going here for years and it has been clean and renovated.

Location was Excellent to eateries and Baseball Hall of Fame with a trolley to take you further distances to other attractions if you didn’t care to walk.

I forgot my toothbrush so we needed to drive to a store to get one. In other hotels they may have provided the toothbrush at the front desk, but here, there is no front desk. That was the only time we used our car while we were here.

The location was perfect. We actually walked back to our room for a restroom break and a bottle of water from the Baseball Hall of fame...that's how close it is. It was very quiet and clean. We would stay here again. The Cooperstown Diner is a must.

No room fridge, bathroom was very small. If your not good with steps this isn't for you. All rooms are upstairs.

bathroom cramped, especially toilet area proximity to the wall. very basic lodging for a steep price. Amazed that in a Baseball town, the TV channels did not include MLB and ESPN baseball. No info in room about local eateries, especially since no food available in hotel.

Excellent location, right next door to the Hall of Fame. We stayed in one of the suites, and were pleasantly surprised at the roominess and cleanliness of the room. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. On site parking was easy to locate, and the location made it unnecessary to use the car for the two days we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

Do not book this property if ADA accommodations are needed. Family suite on 3rd floor (2 steep staircases makes access very challenging especially trying to carry luggage up). TV not working (although not on vacation to watch TV..
