We were there for the Cooperstown All Star Village week. The distance from the hotel to CASV was absolutely convenient for us (about 5-6 minutes). We had a king bed with sofa bed. Love that they had mattress covers for the beds. Beds were comfy. They also had WiFi extender in our room. The staff were super pleasant to interact with.

They had a gym but unfortunately, it was tiny! It had one treadmill, a stairmaster, a peloton bike, and barely room for a mat. No weights. The lady who runs breakfast was very nice but the breakfast itself was a bit lacking (compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at) and especially if you’re staying there for a week. There’s waffles which is always a hit for the kids. Coffee was pretty consistent - not the best but definitely not the worst we’ve had. Oatmeal was waaay too thick, needs better consistency and there was only a choice of three toppings - Cranberry, oatmeal slits, brown sugar. The scrambled eggs were too watery and the sausages need to be cooked a bit more. They also need a new toaster☺️

We were greeted by Kerry and she was THE best thing of our stay. Courteous, informative, very helpful. I had booked a single room with two queen beds for me and my bro in law. Kerry took my reservations info and suddenly said she could upgrade us to a suite that would still have two queens but also a king bed in a separate room! A very nice act in her part. Also after settling in, we realized it was getting late for supper options - many places were closed or about to close. She asked if we like Italian - yes! - then she said I’ll take care of you. Called Belle Michael just down the street, told them she sending some customers down, to take care of us. We had the most wonderful meal at the most wonderful family-owned little restaurant. All because of Kerry.

No complaints at all.

When I checked in, the staff was courteous enough to ask if I was looking for a place for dinner. When I said yes, she offered only one option, The Yellow Deli, which I later learned has connections to a religious cult of dubious reputation in terms of child labor and other unethical and illegal behavior. I now regret going there and question if the staff person was a member if the cult. It would be nice to have a directory of restaurants available instead of being given just one recommendation. And check your staff's backgrounds , please.

Excellent breakfast with a big assortment of food. The room was clean and spacious with a new large screen LG TV.

Since there is a combo bath/shower there should be a grab bar to help guests step out of the tub. There is only one to help you get in. The room could use a makeover or update. (carpeting, fixtures, curtains and fridge appear old.)

Hostess Kerrry was exceptional! She guided us to a great restaurant and was extremely helpful when checking in.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It didn’t seem to match the the level of the rest of the experience. It was good … but not many choices… the muffins were not up to par. But I did enjoy the French toast strips.

Room was comfortable. Staff was super polite. Breakfast was good, although it would be nice if 1 more main item was offered.

Room was a bit pricy compared to other Hampton's in busier areas. $300 for 1 night for 2 queen beds that area is ridiculous. I feel they are basing it off the fact it's 30 minutes from the Baseball HOF.

Good location right off of main highway, good breakfast, not crowded with people

Need to replace towels and make beds daily. Not the individual hotel’s fault, that seems to be corporate policy now.

The breakfast was very good, enough to chose from and clean. It helps to have the breakfast when your trying to save money. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was right It is close to the college and the main area for shopping and eating.

We had no complaints and have stayed at this hotel many of times, while in Oneonta!

My daughter was attending SUNY Oneonta's orientation. The hotel clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean and spacious. We had breakfast in the morning and that was good too. Plus, we loved the free cookies and flavored water in the lobby.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Coming from TN to NY in the winter time with much colder temps, it was so welcoming to come back in the evening and able to make a fresh, hot cup of coffee in the evening ... and free! Bed were sooo comfy.

Our GPS was unable to locate the hotel..... lacked the words "service road" to the address.
