Breakfast buffet was good.. Hostess was nice but not as inviting as the Hostess from last year. Cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic for The DreamsPark. It's located at the end of a little shopping center so you can go to the grocery store vs high restaurant prices some days. We did stay in the front building this time, I definitely prefer the main building we stayed there last year and it was the best hotel I've ever stay at!

We stayed in the front building this time which isn't very convenient for rest of the hotel facilities. You have to walk across the parking lot for breakfast, pool & hot tub, laundry and anything else you'd need except ice....the front building has an ice machine. Also upon arriving an entering the building it had an odor of paint and a little musty smell. The bathroom in our room was toilet separate from sink, but some might prefer that. I think if you are given a room in the front building your rate should be a little lower. Maybe they are working on it not sure.

To start the room they gave us had a broken thermostat. It was very hot. We went to the front desk and didn't give us a problem. They gave us another room.. which was perfect. The entire building was clean. Staff was friendly. The coffee/tea station in the lobby was clean and well stocked. The breakfast in the morning was fun. Making our own waffles was great.. all the food was hot and delicious

The only downside was the size of the towels. Normally I bring my own. This trip I did not. Next time I will make sure to bring my own. I may make a suggestion. I truly believe that all the showers should have handrails just for a safety thing.

Location was great for the Baseball Museum. It's close to local breweries, for dinner. The beds felt wonderful, the room was clean and quiet. I saw comments about the noise but that was not an issue.

This sounds petty. The tv was frustrating. There was a guide ON the tv but what showed did not the align with the programs. When you went to a program, the network in the lower corner was not accurate. The hotel needs to have a hardcopy with stations listed and its coordinating number. An easy fix.

The breakfast was adequate. Coffee was piping hot!!. Was there for just one night so unfair to comment on everything

The bathtub had no grab bars. Hotel chains are charging way too much for a basic hotel room. We often have to reconsider travel plans. We have been to some that only provide room cleaning every 2 days! Great way to encourage bugs! Many are getting away with this inadequate service

Clean, front desk was welcoming, room was cleaned daily, coffee stayed out in the lobby, Breakfast was phenomenal! We stayed there while our son was in the barracks at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Excellent location and was extremely close to the park. Jive cafe and grocery store were in the same area where we stayed. McDonald’s too!

It was a little pricey, but we were right beside the Dreams park so it was worth it!

The location was good, Oneonta College only 25 mins away. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was very good, especially when you want something quick.

People were loud, I could hear them in there room next to us. I don't think I would stay during the baseball season. The hot tub was not working, I am not sure if I was sent an email about that but if not it would be good to send a message.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, very close to Cooperstown Dream Park. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel and breakfast hostess was just as wonderful. It's located at the end of a little shopping center so there's anything you need within steps but without the big city hassle. The indoor pool was clean, beds were comfortable but up a little high for shorter guests. Great scenery out back side of hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

Well maintained hotel with nicely furnished room, comfortable beds and linens. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Many guests enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the nice complimentary breakfast. Hotel was only 4 miles from Cooperstown which has some nice restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Sounds and voices from the hotel corridor seemed quite loud in the room - maybe needed better insulation? Fortunately it was a quiet night without a lot of people coming and going.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. restaurant and bar was convenient and food was good. No free breakfast, but it's probably a conflict of interest with the attached restaurant. Like the idea of "green" which I could bypass having the room cleaned and I get IHG points. When they clean the room they remove all bedding, linen and shower curtain

Comfortable bed and room furnishings; fast Wifi; great water pressure in bathroom sink & shower. Close to downtown Cooperstown (~4 mi). Met all expectations.

The in-room thermostat read "Error" and I couldn't figure out how to set it. However, I called the front desk and someone came to the room to check on it. They fixed the issue - the air unit had to be reset. Inconvenient, but they dealt with it quickly.
