I recently had the pleasure of staying at the delightful lakefront hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the cozy and well-appointed room, I knew I was in for a treat. The serene ambiance of the lake outside my window provided the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing and peaceful getaway. The hotel staff were a standout feature, showcasing a warm and genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any requests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their personalized attention and helpful recommendations for local attractions truly enhanced my overall experience. One highlight that stood out during my stay was the delicious breakfast spread offered each morning. From freshly baked pastries to a hearty selection of hot and cold dishes, there was something for everyone to enjoy. What a beautiful setting, truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings I have ever had while staying at a B&B. Very accommodating staff, if what was on the menu for the day was not desired, the staff's response was "what would you like". Every breakfast we had was perfect. You cannot beat the energy of the front porch.

We needed to leave. No. Concerns that any human had control over. The room was clean comfortable, and the grounds, outside and in had a good "feel" about them. Our travel plans changed at the last second and we were accommodated with no hesitation.

View and Location were exceptional. The hosts were warm and friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. They are located across from a beautiful lake with boating available.

Dust and mold on shower curtain.....it was reported which they probably took care of.

Beautiful, picturesque on the lake and a small little ‘beach’ to chill on the water. Above average setting. Family atmosphere from the property to the staff, 100% would go again.

The driveway I was steep, but I’m reaching for anything bad. The place was excellent

The view is spectacular, the owners are very nice. Really can't say anything bad about it. We stayed in the deck suite. I highly recommend it.

To go to the water, it was a lot of steps and pretty steep for me. I'm older and have a bad knee, so I wasn't even going to attempt the stairs. The road is also busy at certain times, so it can be a bit scary to cross.

It was so nice having breakfast made for us each day we were there. Normally I don't sleep well while on vacation but I slept like a baby both nights we were there. The suite was so comfortable and cozy. Having being able to control the air/heat was tremendous since it did get cold at night. The lake front access was a quick walk down some steep steps but it was a beautiful area. There are plenty of kayaks and oars to use while there and it was a very welcoming spot. Kids were able to play foosball, knock hockey and other games available to us. There was also a very nice firepit taht we were able to use too.

The lighting on the property was not great. I saw that we had solar lights on the deck but they didn't work at night. Many light switches inside the suite didn't do anything either. The outside lights by walkways and stairs were not working which made it a little dangerous to walk around.

Serene and tranquil location overlooking the lake. Genevieve is accommodating and had local knowledge. Check in is pretty straightforward and they limit the guests in the property which makes it more private.

The property is beautifully located on Otsego Lake. Sunrise is spectacular! Our suite was very comfortable and complete with a full kitchen and bath, Wi-Fi, and television. Mornings were met with smiles and delicious breakfasts.

We loved everything about the property.

On the lake Close to the Fenimore museum, Farmers museum, Blue Ming restaurant, Sam’s boat yard and about 4 miles from downtown Cooperstown. Family-run place so there’s personal pride in the comfort of the guests. A good place for small family reunions.

Hadley cottage at Cobblescote on the Lake is absolutely charming, cozy and comfy. The views were fantastic!! Breakfast was delicious!

Loved everything about it
