Firstly, the operator of this motel is just an amazing guy. Nothing was ever too hard for him. The accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. Our group were just looking for a basic motel room for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend but we found a room that had everything we needed and more. Great shower pressure, microwave, fridge, work desk, tv, big beds, big bathroom. We used the pool which was a massive bonus as the weather was quite hot one day - and it was so peaceful kicking back in it overlooking the fields. There is a store onsite for an food and drink needs. We really enjoyed our time here.

It is not close to much else. That said, it was only a 10min drive to Cooperstown so with a car it was easy to get around to whatever we needed. It would be a great option for families playing tournaments at the Cooperstown fields up the road. Air con could be loud, but that seems to be common everywhere I've stayed in NY!

The motel exceeded our expectations, Room was immaculate and very clean. They provide a microwave, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, plenty of clean towels. They also provided dish soap, body wash, shampoo, hand soap and an iron. It is a family run business, Paul is the owner who also conveniently owns the convenience store gas station in front of the motel. The each room has a front and read door, the rear door faces an enormous corn field and mountain views, they provide 2 chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee. THEY only negative is the air is filled with the smell of the dairy farm down the road, you get used to it. Brings you closer to the mountains!

there was no breakfast. just snack bars , water bottles, coffee. they own the food store/gas station on property., toaster oven , micro wave, coffee machine, frig., tv. , nice size room and shower. wish shower was bigger. beautiful scenery of mountains and corn fields, had a pool and grills chairs.

The shower size was small compared to the bathroom size. Also, there was not any signage showing that the building was there. maybe some flower pots to dress up building. Couldn't enjoy the back because a lot of bees. need pest control.

This place was off the beaten path, surrounded by farm fields and nature, I had very low expectations when I booked here because it would just be for a night passing through, however Paul the owner was so nice and accommodating we would def go back, he had many extra amenities including free laundry detergent in the laundry shed, he also had bottled water and snacks in the room for us. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, had a huge bathroom. And no bugs(I’m kind of a freak about checking for them before we stay) check in and check out was simple. If anyone is going to the Unidilla motocross this is the place to stay!! There was an above ground pool, like one you’d have in your yard but we didn’t use it.

Loved the location, view and the staff was AMAZING! We visited during a heat wave and the A/C at night was VERY welcoming! The rest of our travel group stayed at a family members home and they didn't have AC. We were living large! I travel up in that area about once a year and will definitely be staying here! I would recommend it to anyone highly!

Rooms were super clean. Great location - short drive to HOF and Dream Field. Manager was super friendly and accommodating. He even offered to pick us up from town if we couldn't get an Uber back. Well...we actually did get stuck and the manager happily came to get us around midnight! I will stay here every time we go to Cooperstown. This is service you would only from a family owned inn!

I was a little nervous at first seeing the Inn set behind the gas station. BUT...The rooms were GREAT! Super clean and comfortable. The view in back, simply amazing. Perfect for your morning coffee. The pool is a bonus too!

A little further than I wanted to stay from Oneonta, still only about 15 miles or so. Just about the same distance to Coopers town. Definitely can not judge a book by it's cover. WILL DEFINITELY stay here again!

Only stayed one night, but quickly realized the facility would be ideal for a longer stay because it's so thoroughly equipped-- large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, plates, glasses, etc. Most of all, Paul, the owner, was lightning quick responding to texts and requests. Friendly, accommodating service in an industry increasingly dominated by large, seemingly indifferent chains was very refreshing.

All good.

Proximity to Dreams Park. Rural setting. Convenience store on premises. Host was very, very friendly & super responsive. Excellent WiFi and desk area to work.

The bed was very uncomfortable & the mattress kept sliding around.

Absolutely great location , super clean, ice cold AC, really nice room amenities, big bathroom, very comfortable beds, beautiful back patio view. Paul the owner was just great with his level of service. super friendly and helpful (even texted me when the internet was out in the area). super convenient location if your son is playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park (only 4 miles away) , no traffic going to CDP , great breakfast spot 1 mile away at Jackie’s Place, and gas station with food, beer, and ice right in front open till 10p (which is the latest places are open around there). only 15 minute from Cooperstown HOF - all of the other parents who bought expensive Air BnB wished they stayed here.
