There wasn’t a continental breakfast at the last 2 times we visited, but , before the pandemic, there was one and it was very nice in a very nice facility overlooking the lake with a nice outdoor patio. It would be nice to see it return

We were on the first floor and it was a bit noisy; early in the morning ( 8:30/ ish ), with grounds maintenance; and next door rooms with house keeping We have stayed on the upper level before and really liked that much better; we will definitely be back but hope to be on the upper level

While an old motel, it was clean and remodeled. The view of the lake was gorgeous and my grandkids loved the pool. It was centrally located for our needs. My grandson played at the Dream Park and we were the envy of the team parents where we were staying.

As with most motels, there was not enough rods for towels and not enough hangers. Also the tub was slippery and grab bars would have been nice.

We were on a roadtrip to visit various areas of NY. We had no set plans for our overnight stay near Cooperstown. Found this hotel on Booking.com & made the reservation same day. The location on the lake was perfect! We parked right outside our room which faced the beautiful lake & mountains. It was an easy drive to downtown Cooperstown & the Baseball Hall of Fame. The room was very clean & comfortable & had a refrigerator & microwave.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Only a small issue with the bathroom but nothing that required immediate attention. Just reported it to the office upon checkout.

The view, the bbq and tables and the grounds in general were very well-maintained. Staff at the office were very helpful. Plenty of extra towels to use at the lake and pool.

Indoor pool was rather small.. if another small party is in it, it starts to feel cramped. Would be nice if the tiny bottles of shampoos and slower gels were topped up along with room service.

Room was a nice size and clean. View was phenominal and location was close to the Museum. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay, particularly if you are visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.

Given the fact that I am a person of size, the bed was a little uncomfortable. Also because the structure is on the bank of a lake there is a steep climb to walk anywhere on the site (again not easy for a person of size but probably not a big deal for most people).

We had a pleasant and nice stay, we were able to enjoy the lake, the pool and the barbecue area.

I booked online for 2 adults and a 12 year old child, however, upon arrival I didn't see any bed or space in the room for a child, thank goodness my son only stayed with us for 2 nights and the rest at Cooperstown Dream Park. You have to be careful with that. The rooms need some renovation and updating

Location excellent and grounds impeccable Great view of the lake.

Walls very thin and could hear people in the next room talking in normal voices Also mattress needs to be replaced as very uncomfortable. Porch light so bright it lit up the room this need to have a darker curtains or a lower wattage bulb.

I took a chance on booking this place for our one night stay while visiting the Baseball HOF. I figured if it was horrible at least it was only for one night. Upon arrival I was blown away at the absolutely stunning scenery that awaited us from our balcony!! The view just took my breath away! After catching my breath I was online trying to book for the next night in an attempt to extend our vacation another day so that we could enjoy this lovely location even longer. Sadly they had no availability but my husband and I are already planning a solo trip back here next summer. The room was spotlessly cleaned. Having just come from a high end hotel in Canada the night before my expectations were high and this property completely delivered when it came to this as well. I'm so happy I took the chance on this place and can't wait to get back next year! Check out the pictures for yourself. No filters at all..it's that beautiful!

I wish the indoor pool hours were later.

The water front location, West shore so you can see the sunrise, close to town and restaurants, pool was clean and they even had a small but fun game room. We were fine with the gentle sloping grade of the landscape and walking areas. All paved. They do have steps to the lower deck and waters edge. And they have a variety of vending machines for snacks, etc. Even an ice cream bar machine!

It was a beautiful place to stay. My grandchildren were in the room next to us and we were able to lock the door when we needed privacy, The pool was also very close and extremely clean. We would like to stay again.

nothing was wrong with this place. It meet every expectation and more. We didn't get a chance to rent any of the water rentals because it was cold.
