Needed a place not too far away from Cooperstown for Hall of Fame Ceramony. This was 20 minutes away and everything else was booked. The place really surprised me: Older property (with bigger rooms, naturally) that has been very well kept up. Breakfast was much better than most. Room clean and beds comfortable. It was a one-night stop for us, that I would use again if in the area.

Access to laundry room later. Perhaps it needs to be locked for concerns, but would have liked to run laundry at 9pm after our big day and past stops.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Hardwood floor. Easily controlled room temperature with individual window unit. Nice staff. Attention to details and well organized. Specifically, seat inside the shower and easy access to the shower stall (great for seniors). Two USB ports for cell phone chargers (attached to the alarm clock). We got a ground floor room very close to the parking. Breakfast was simple yet adequate including hard boiled eggs. Breakfast area was clean and items were well organized. Great coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby round the clock. Easy to access from I-90W - visible from the highway - great for late arrival after sunset in an unfamiliar neighborhood. A list of restaurants in the neighborhood as family dining options. There was even an exercise room!

None. I was not familiar with the brand nor the area, but the Inn was right off the highway.

Breakfast was a quick bite to eat - which was perfect for what we needed to get up and going. Coffee was really good. Staff was great. It was in a great location for us and really great that they allowed pets! The place was clean, and parking lot was well lit. Our room was quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

If I have to type something I didn't like about the stay, I guess they could have the stairwells power washed? Even though the road is close by, we didn't hear any noise, so maybe for optics, the road was an issue.

The staff was very accommodating when reservations I had elsewhere were cancelled due to unforeseen problems. They took care to help me secure another room there, once there was a cancellation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was sufficient and the staff went above and beyond to see that we were able to move from the first room to the second room soon after check out. Another thing - I never heard my neighbors - they must have really good walls.

The location is close to the highway and trains , but I still slept well and ran a fan which drowned out the outside noise.

For a quick breakfast, it wasn't bad. The coffee station was okay, though I am used to larger cups. The juice selection and yogurt varieties were also nice. Next time that I am through, I will have to try the muffins and bagels. Maybe a hot breakfast selection (eggs and a meat choice, hot cereal, etc. could be available to guests).

The seating in the room could have been a little bit more secure (I only say that because I am a larger individual, and the seating did not look like it could hold my weight. Even the bench looked like it would not support me.

Facilities were better than expected. Everything was clean and neat. The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Stayed on top of everything. Very professional. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I loved everything about our stay. My particular room was a queen suite, and an actual counter in the bathroom instead of a small shelf would have been extremely helpful.

Clean had a nice fridge and freezer.

Just a stay for the night to sleep. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very continental, which was fine for us as we didnt want a increase in price for a bigger breakfast selection not seeing it as a negative all on preference but others may want to know that.

Everything was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There is a train that goes by all day and night. Very loud at first, but after a while you don't even notice.

As per my previous review (I stayed twice in a short period of time during my visit to the area): Well sized and appointed room. Extremely comfortable bed and heating worked perfectly. Everything is clean, and it is clear that the staff and management care about this hotel - investing a superior attitude and attention towards ensuring guests have an extremely comfortable stay - I didnt want to leave!! Do not confuse this hotel with the 'Herkimer Budget Hotel' - after driving past that hotel, I am thankful I did not stay there. Red Roof Inn is located in the carpark adjacent to 'Dennys' - make sure you book at 'Red Roof inn - Herkimer'

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The lobby had coffee and tea 24/7 good information about the area restaurants.

The shampoo and soap dispensers only let out a tiny bit of soap at a time so showering was longer due to trying to get soap.
