Alexandra (attendant) was amazing and went above and beyond for me; had a wedding & was very busy wknd in Utica; was very pricy but we got to stay in our room the 2nd night after booking with hotels.com even though we were supposed to switch rooms! So I hope she gets to see this review because she help me/us very satisfied and will book there again in the future! Breakfast was awesome & coffee actually tastes like coffee there! Thanks again Alexandra for your help in making our stay less stressful!

Rooms could be cleaned better I run my own cleaning business for a living and hair in sink when we got there dust everywhere stepped on a staple 😞 found a piece of broken glass beside the bed luckily I only stepped on the staple....beds are clean and cozy! The TV was a bit much to use though and WiFi didn't work in my room the first night.

It was in Utica and had one room available when I needed to leave my AirBNB at 10pm the night before I had to be up for a race.

It was way overpriced for one night and the place definitely price-gouged for the Boilermaker event. I’m sure it happened everywhere but I still think it’s wrong considering many people are on tight budgets. The only reason I booked the room was because the affordable Airbnb I booked had a broken water heater that couldn’t be fixed for me to shower.

Very easy to find. Good location. Liked that car was right outside our door. Free breakfast.

Very, very small bathroom. Room could have been cleaner. Dust bunnies on floor. Used wash cloth in shower.

Breakfast was very good. Especially the scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles were really great. Good coffee, too.

Toilet handle broke so we resorted to removing the lid and manually flushing for the last two nights stay. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Used towels were not replaced so we needed to request clean towels on the third day.

The convenience of the location of the hotel

The room was not cleaned very well. The floor had hair and dirt all over the room.

The covered enclosed walkway was nice. During the winter this feature would be great. The breakfast was wonderful!

The staff was amazing and the employees who put out the food for the breakfast were so nice The breakfast was delicious

There is nothing that I didn’t like

The breakfast was very good. The coffee was better than most places. The location was convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower.

The pillows could have been fluffier. The outdoor doors didn't need a key to enter, which we prefer as a security measure. But we felt safe at this location so it wasn't an issue.
